朝の出発便だったので、街中より所要時間が短いかと、空港近くのこのホテルを選んで1泊しました。 静かでのどかな所で、ゆっくり過ごせました。 でも、アクセスがほとんど車だけなので、タクシーで空港に行きましたが、見えているのに道の関係でなかなか到着せず、 意外と時間がかかりました。 お食事はとても美味しく、 エディンバラでの最後の夜に素敵なディナーをいただきました！ 朝食にハギスの中身(？)と思われる黒いパテを初めて食べてみましたが、臭みも無く、食べやすかったです。

ホテル自体の雰囲気，スタッフの対応，食事の内容，すべて完璧です。翌日の気温を知らせてくれたり，（乾燥気味の気温を考えてか）リップのサービスまでしてくれます。これまで宿泊したホテルの中で，間違いなくベストです。

Lovely touch with the bubbly and chocolates for my wife's 50th

It was an acceptable place to stay, but nothing was particularly special about it. The bed/pillows were not comfortable.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed when an issue with the broiler I believe was having issues so the amenities at the spa were limited. They did offer a free cancellation but we had our trip planned months in advance and to find a hotel stay somewhere else at the last minute would have been pricey and difficult due to a festival that was going on. Very disappointed that the spa was not able to be utilized and they did not offer another type of credit or discount on the price of the stay as they should care very much about the hospitality for their guests. It was a charming hotel but we just did not have the experience we were expecting and hoping for. Because of this, I would not recommend staying there unless you have no other choice.

Excellent from the staff in the reception area, the beautiful facilities, super clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, great restaurant and excellent breakfast. All I have to say that this is one of my favorite places to stay. Love the spacious bathrooms, and the staff was very helpful assisting me with mailing something on my behalf.

The hotel was incredible. The food and drinks weren’t just the best we had while in the UK, but some of the best we’ve ever had worldwide. The consistency of all the drinks and meals was out of this world! Highly highly recommend.

Used the spa was lovely but had 2 screaming children and parents there which meant not very relaxing. Room was very comfortable

Brilliant hotel, great staff

Clean and tidy staff very helpful

It was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. My only complaint would be the very bland meal options for vegetarians. There were only two main dishes and considering the varied options for meat eaters, it seemed a shame that vegetarians are only offered pasta with tomato and something bland with lentils. Everything else was perfect though.

We really enjoyed our stay at
