フロントの方も親切。お部屋がキレイ！レストランの食事も美味しかった！

空港行きのシャトルバスがあるので選びましたが、部屋も広く良かったです

The room was clean and comfortable. And airport buses are also convenient.

The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included,but it's a simple meal.

空港から近く 便利でした。中心地からは遠いためレストランはほとんどありません。 施設のコンディションがあまり良くありませんでした。気にならない方は 気にならないレベルかもしれませんが、お風呂をシャワーからカランに変えることができなかったり(故障)、ベット周りのライトが点かなかったり、洗面所のお水が なかなか引かず(排水)下着を洗うことができませんでした。 そのようにいろいろ不具合がありました。 それらの件でフロントに相談しに行くと なかなか前へ進まず 最初 ホテルの印象がすごく悪かったのですが、その感心できないフロントの方以外のスタッフは 感じがよく 親切なことが分かりました。他のフロントの方は直ぐに対応してくださいました。洗面所の水も直ぐに引くようになり、快適に過ごせました。 シャトルバスの運転手の方も 良い方でした。 わたしが気に入ったのは ベッドのクオリティです。ホテルによっては 硬過ぎて 翌日体が痛くなるようなベッドもありますが、こちらでは快適に寝れました。

Bed was ok. Pillows are crib size for a king. One restaurant. Good food. Use my own internet.

The facility was great and room was very comfortable.

We love how friendly all the staff are, and how convenient it is to catch the shuttle and we don't have to worry about our car

Emergency booking due to cancelled flights and it was great service by hotel staff. We were able to get food and get a room quick for the night.

The phone was not working. Also the charging ports and plugs were not working. It was a huge inconvenience.

Front desk nice, so was the lounge bartender

The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. They offer shuttle service and are located conveniently close to the airport. But it is Downtown Phoenix and the area is pretty rough. Wouldn’t recommend walking around by yourself during the day or otherwise.

Very good property, super clean and good service

Very nice rooms especially for the price. Nice little restaurant and bar, inexpensive parking and shuttle service to the airport. Staff is very friendly too!
