可もなく不可もなく、最低限のものは揃っているかなと。たまたまだとは思いますが滞在中のうちの一日、停電だったのは不自由しました。周りに飲食店が多いせいか夜は少しうるさかったです。

設備は古め、朝食はマフィン山積みなど簡易なもの。でも宿泊費が相対的に安いので、満足です。 部屋に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあったのも連泊にはありがたかったです。

The staff was helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast and Amenities was good. Hotel is centrally located in Downton Montreal making it easy to use transit. Good budget hotel.

There is no housekeeping in the evening so if you need anything you won’t get it. Towels, Pillows, blankets were not given during turn down- part of housekeeping job but was not done. We were gone during the day so when we arrived in the evening around 7pm that’s when we found out. Front desk helped by giving us towels but that was it. Was told we were supposed to ask, but these things are part of their job to replenish- no need to ask. That reminds me Coffee wasn't replenished as well. It’s a very old hotel some areas not maintained like a hole on the wall, carpet needs deep cleaning, rooms are small, no parking onsite. There is parking available at holiday inn for 40$ per night and you need to bring your car in by 8pm otherwise you won’t get in to the underground parking. Breakfast was good enough. For the price we paid, not worth it. If you need a short stay one or two nights then go for it, but don’t expect much. Go stay at Holiday Inn instead- on the main road, convenient bus stop location at the door step, easy access to highway and parking lot at the basement. Also, I have to mention it’s on a one-way street so you have to go around when pulling in at the hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés pour déjeuner à 9h20. La dame qui s’occupait du buffet à sauvagement tout rangé alors que nous étions 3 petites familles qui venaient d’arriver. Nous avons dû se dépêcher de prendre l’essentiel. Elle a fermé la machine à jus, rangé tous les confitures, et il était à peine 9h25. Par courtoisie, elle aurait pu attendre que les petites familles se soient servis avant de tout rangé.

This hotel is located near restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very run down. Peeling wallpaper, dingy carpets, pillowcase had an old blood stain on it. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was really nice. If you are looking for a budget hotel and don’t mind a run down look then this is an okay place to stay.

This is a decent businessman's hotel. Crescent street is a little rough, but also is close to many eating places and bars. I am rough and ready, so this hotel was OK for me. However, I'm glad I didn't take my wife with me, as she is much more discerning. The hotel is getting a little tired, and could use a deep cleaning. In fact, I write the rest of this review for the hotel's management: Dear sirs: You should clean every air conditioner in your hotel. My room (1407) was musty when I checked in, so I took a look at the filters (which are easy to remove, BTW) - caked with dirt. After cleaning those, I took off the AC casing (also easy), and the coils were similarly caked. I did the best I could on those, but not so easy. After that, the room smelled much better. My point is that with a little effort, you could improve your hotel greatly. Second issue: carpets, drapes, etc. All textiles pick up smells. You need to clean all of these things once a year. Steam-clean the rugs, and launder the draperies. It's not that hard of a job, but you just need to do it. Establish a program or schedule, and you will improve!

room was of a big, beds was comfortable. walking distance to Bell center and other attraction, on site parking. Lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was ok, but space was small.

Good value hotel in an excellent place to.visit the sites of Montreal.

Staff was amazing, they let us check in early and offered to hold our bags. Room was clean when we arrived and overall very spacious. The front balcony had a beautiful view. Location of hotel is very convenient especially to shopping centres and the bell Center, however the street itself was a little noisy and not overly kid friendly. With that being said I would definitely stay again!

The location was really good. You have access everywhere by foot. The smell of the breakfast room was awful as smell like eggs the whole morning at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was really good

It was super close to subway. And bell centre. We flew in from Halifax. Roof an Uber to hotel. And got a metro pass for 21.00 for 3 days. Traveled all over Free breakfast was was a plus’s Will come back

Très compliqué a se rendre a l'hôtel du a des travaux mais aucune indication comment s.y rendre. La chambre sentait l'humidité. La tapisserie sur Les murs décolle. Tapisserie pas trop propre. Par contre les lits étaient propres.

staff were extremely helpful and guest areas were always clean and tidy. the rooms and hotel are a bit "dated" but otherwise everything was great. the bed was very comfortable and good a/c especially during the heat wave we travelled in. food in the breakfast area was good there were pancakes sausage eggs bagels cereal etc... overall my stay here was pleasant and would stay here again.

Très bien situé au centre ville à quelques minutes de la rue Sainte-Catherine et à distance de marche du Centre Bell. Lit très confortable, déjeuner très bien. Il y avait seulement une débarbouillette pour 2 personnes, probablement un oubli, rien de grave bien sûr.

The staff were attentive and breakfast had decent options. We had 5 people in our room and I would say the sofa is not condusive as a bed. It was very uncomfortable and dated. We ended up sleeping 3 people to 1 double bed. My other issue was the parking was not as advertised on Expedia. It's listed as $20 per night, but when we arrived we were told the only parking available was $40/night valet parking. The car was parked about a block away and the valet attendant is only available from 12pm to 8pm, so we ended up paying for valet but retrieving our car ourselves during his off hours.

Property is downtown, close to many restaurants and the Metro. Accessing the motel by car is very difficult due to construction and street closures, there should be a notice on their website advising how to get there. Parking is available but not convenient. Breakfast is fine. Staff are welcoming. Definitely an older building.
