海辺の海側で日の出が見えてきれいでした。全体として建物は古いがきちんと清潔に整えられていたし、広くて気持ちよく過ごせた。朝食のビュッフェも品質が良く、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーに丁寧に接客してくれました。

ホテルは近代的で設備も整っているが，市街地から離れていることと，タイ風レストランは好みが分かれる． ホテルのせいではないものの．10月のブライトンは強風で夜間の風音が騒がしかった．

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. A little further down from central area but close to the beach. Breakfast was included and was really good. Excellent value for money. Will definitely come back next time.

Comfortable large room big enough for 4 of us (3 beds). Nice view.

Quite a good size bedroom. Bathroom a bit dated but usable.

The hotel itself was tired & dated which, of course, included the rooms. The beds & bathroom were very clean though (shower over bath facility). The plug points were very old & there were no USB points for charging phones/laptops, etc.The staff were pleasant. Entrance to the car park was so narrow, we had to pull in our wing mirrors. We won't be returning.

Breakfast wasn’t great, food overcooked and expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful, not their fault just a very tired hotel. The room was tired and could do with a renovation. The bed very uncomfortable, creaky and the mattress was not good at all, lumpy and could feel the springs. The whole floor smelt of cannabis and cigarette smoke.

Staff were super friendly. Location was spot on. Room were clean - Definitely coming back.

The hotel needs a proper update. The external needs improvement and updating. The Night Porter, Dave was good value!

Perfect for our needs - very clean, warm and clean.

Arrived at the room and found clothes and random calendars within the bed. Complained to reception and was told I should remake the bed as no one was available. Room wasn’t checked properly and I’m expected to sort. Very disappointing

The location is excellent for walks along the seafront into Brighton or for hikes on the South Down (if you have a car). The hotel is clean, the beds were super comfortable with good quality sheets and mattress covers. The bathroom was fine with good shower pressure, if you have any mobility issues request room 2 on the ground floor which has a walk-in shower. Very quiet overnight (we faced the back of the building). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for convenience of location and would be happy to stay again.
