目の前が屋外カフェでカーテンを開けると丸見えだった

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if they needed a taxi. They provide water every day, so there is no need to buy it!

１階の公共スペースが工事中であった。外出しようとした時雨が降り出し、ホテルの傘の貸し出しがあったが、返却しないと課金をすると言われ、返却は当然のことであるのに言われ方が不愉快で借りるのを止めた。フロントでは、２０１７／３に宿泊予約し支払い済みだったが体調不良で宿泊出来なかったことに付き、バウチャーを示し返金を求めたが 入金はされておらず、ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡが懐に入れたとのことだった。本件ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに伝えてもらうよう依頼したがなしのつぶてである。

開放的なラウンジあり。チェックインフロントと別にブッキングカウンターあり。マナ島へのボートもここで予約。洗濯も無料と良心的。全体的に清潔、明るい。アメニティも質が高い。 スバ中心地からは少し歩くが、許容範囲内。

It is good Hotel in Suva. Staff is eccelent, Room is clean, Bar is nice. The problrem that only I had is the next door of mine was too noisy by mid night. It seems that 4 or 5 people stay in the room. I doubt how the hotel secure the security ?

朝食が美味しい！ レパートリーも豊富で楽しい朝食でした。 宿泊プランはぜひ 朝食付きをオススメします。

3人でお邪魔しました。ダブルベッド＋ソファ（ベッド）で寝る予定でしたが、ソファはベッドにはできないタイプでした。困ってベルボーイに相談したところ、ダブルベッド＋シングルベッドの部屋に交換してくれました。差額もなしで。どうもありがとうございました。

The room was very good but thier was not lifts for the room which was failed to be mentioned. The staff at the bar may need a bit more training

Thank you for the pleasant experience with the servers, dining, ans drinks. The room was also very comfortable with great air conditioning. I will be forever grateful for meeting Lomax, Tim, and the rest of the family for helping me experience and enjoy the Fiji/Suva culture! Pete

Perfect disaster for a hotel which is associated with such a big franchise ::

Rooms weren't ready, had to wait for over 2hrs to get the room keys, also restaurant was under staffed,

Room was great. There was construction going on and it was disturbing. Also the bathroom was very narrow.

Room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs a deep clean. Other than all good.
