目の前が屋外カフェでカーテンを開けると丸見えだった

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if they needed a taxi. They provide water every day, so there is no need to buy it!

１階の公共スペースが工事中であった。外出しようとした時雨が降り出し、ホテルの傘の貸し出しがあったが、返却しないと課金をすると言われ、返却は当然のことであるのに言われ方が不愉快で借りるのを止めた。フロントでは、２０１７／３に宿泊予約し支払い済みだったが体調不良で宿泊出来なかったことに付き、バウチャーを示し返金を求めたが 入金はされておらず、ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡが懐に入れたとのことだった。本件ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに伝えてもらうよう依頼したがなしのつぶてである。

開放的なラウンジあり。チェックインフロントと別にブッキングカウンターあり。マナ島へのボートもここで予約。洗濯も無料と良心的。全体的に清潔、明るい。アメニティも質が高い。 スバ中心地からは少し歩くが、許容範囲内。

It is good Hotel in Suva. Staff is eccelent, Room is clean, Bar is nice. The problrem that only I had is the next door of mine was too noisy by mid night. It seems that 4 or 5 people stay in the room. I doubt how the hotel secure the security ?

3人でお邪魔しました。ダブルベッド＋ソファ（ベッド）で寝る予定でしたが、ソファはベッドにはできないタイプでした。困ってベルボーイに相談したところ、ダブルベッド＋シングルベッドの部屋に交換してくれました。差額もなしで。どうもありがとうございました。

I refused to let anyone clean my room! Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday spent here in Suva! Figured I needed my privacy! BUT I've been walking inside with my slippers and just discovered today how filthy the floors were in my room! My slippers are black and there was major dust and grime in here! Anyhow, I've cleaned the room myself as I'm very much of a clean freak! Don't want any transfer of germs from other rooms when they're using the same rags to wipe the counters, toilet, etc! Breakfast is phenomenal BUT I'm Canadian and need my java! No coffee 3 days in a row when I've come in for breakfast!
