全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルだった。ロケーションも客室もスタッフの態度も。マドリードに行くなら、また訪れたいと思います。

スタッフが親切だった

従業員はフレンドリー。朝食も美味しい。 もう少し部屋が広ければ尚良し。 坂の途中にあるので坂を登るのが問題。

恋人との旅行で使用しました。ホテルの部屋は少々狭かったですが、ベッドは心地よく、浴槽付きの浴室も快適でした。朝ごはんは、本当にびっくりするくらいの種類の多いブッフェで、ずっと食べていたいほどでした。屋上のプールも小さいですが、景色が最高でロマンチックでした。一つ欠点をあげるとすると、コンシェルジェが、７時から２３時までで、それ以降はまた明日に、と言われました。残念な対応でした。

歴史的建物にもかかわらず設備はリニューアルされ、インテリアのデザインは質が高い。スタッフは皆非常にフレンドリー。

スタッフ…、どの部署の方々も、丁寧で心地良い滞在ができました。また、来たいですね。

王宮からすぐ近くにあり、地下鉄の駅からも近い交通の便がとてもいいホテル。室内もとても清潔で、感じがいい。

お庭が広く,朝食は快適な環境で食べることができ、味も良かった。廊下や部屋が狭く、息がつまる感じがした。お部屋は綺麗に改装されていて、インテリアもモダンで清潔感もある。屋上のプールはスペースこそ狭いが、マドリッドの街が見渡せ、王宮も見えて、プールサイドバーの飲み物も美味しかった。ロケーションは良い。チェックイン時に30ユーロの追加料金でアップグレードを提案された。

居心地、立地の良いホテルでした

マイヨール広場や隣接する市場、王宮等観光名所に徒歩で行けます。マドリッド市内は一方通行や渋滞があるため、徒歩で行ける距離ならタクシーよりも時間が早くて確実です。レッドレベルデスクコンシェルジェの対応にも満足しました。ワンベットスィートはバスタブも大きく快適でした。朝食も美味しくいただきました。ホテル玄関脇の案内係の女性は日替わりでしたが、中には残念な人もいました。

ホテルの従業員の親切でお客様本位の接遇態度は他では受けられないと思います。 是非　一度体験して下さい。

Perfect hotel

Exceptional service from the concierge and reception staff. Stayed at many 5 star hotels, the level of service is another level in this hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. A big thank you to Konstantin, Paula, Lucas and Azahara. You made our trip to Madrid very special and memorable. Stunning design and decor in the common areas and the room. Very clean also . Excellent food. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it.

Best check in and hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is absolutely dynamite and treat you like they absolutely adore you. Would definitely stay again and again and again. Room was absolutely beautiful and the club lounge and breakfast was amazing as well. The perfect hotel.

An amazing experience in itself. Madrid is a wonderful city. But this hotel made the experience even better. We stayed at suite red level or what should be in the US club level. The amenities and services that it included are amazing and plenty. The Hotel looks and feels new, elegant and yet modern. They have pretty good gym facilities. But the star are the employees. Such great attention to detail. They seem to really enjoy imaging your trip special and unforgettable. Best hotel experience.
