The property was very close to restaurants and eating establishments. Overall, the room and hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast menu had many hot and cold options.

Nice quiet room!

The poorest breakfast I have ever seen in my life, no eggs, no potatoes nothing of the sort

It was a pretty decent stay at this place. Stayed for couple of nights with family. The only big town near the great sand dunes national park. The room was spacious enough and equipped with fridge and microwave. They had a city wide planned power outage on one of nights for 5 hours .But, was able to still sleep in since the weather was not too hot at night. Breakfast was okay. Closer to the street so can get louder at times. But, overall had a good stay. Surely recommend this place.

Staff was friendly, easy to access and the breakfast was organized and good. Our room was clean and the water pressure was great and the water was hot. The pool was nice with towels.

The air conditoner was very loud and bathtub looked dirty, so didnt get a shower in the morning.

Manager was extremely rude and put the blame on another coworker (who did everything right) to cover for someone who did not properly ask for the ID of someone who got our hotel keys for the room I paid for instead. The manager shhh'd me multiple times for explaining what happened and still was not understanding. We got down graded from a suite to a regular room since the other people were already in the room and there were no other suites available. Avoid at all costs

Expensive for that. We have a problem with breakfast i try to get food before they take out the food, but all the housekeeping employees was taking breakfast too when was my turn was no more food and the lady who was in charge of breakfast told me upps sorry no more she was really rude.

Nice looking hotel

Desk clerk took her time as she was on the phone with her significant other and seemed put out that she had to say goodbye and help us. The a/c didn’t work, no ice available, vending machine didn’t work, breakfast didn’t have milk or yogurt and very little syrup. And no, we weren’t late to breakfast. Also, the sheets were worn, didn’t feel fresh.

Did not like getting put in handicap room right next to exit door

Good price, good free breakfast, quiet, spacious room, swimming pool and hot tub were nice amenities. Proximity to the Great Dunes National Park was a huge plus.

The overall room was ok. Ice machine was broken. No milk for breakfast and the guests next door were very loud.

They did not keep up on refilling the hot foods At brakfast, and not enough parking, Other than that our stay was great.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I was able to get a good night of sleep.

Stay was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the variety of pillows was nice, suite was nice and roomie, staff was friendly, and location was great.

Great stay, we received everything we needed from a hotel stay

Grundsätzlich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur leider war bis 23:00 Uhr an schlafen im Zimmer 100 nichtzudenken.Der Grund dafür war einmal das eine größere Gruppe lautstark den Frühstücksraum zu ihren Poker Raum umfunktioniert haben.Dieses wurde dann zwar vom Hotelpersonal unterbunden. Nur gegen den Lärm der LKW in der Nacht helfen nur Ohrenstopfen.

Everything was nice and clean. The only minus was being charged an extra 20$ to check in an hour early. Never had this happen before at any hotel
