隣接のBeau-Rivage, Chateau d’Ouchyとは運営が同じ姉妹ホテルとのこと。値段が近いChateau と迷ったが、バスタブ必ず有りでこちらに。部屋のマーク・ロスコは複製と思うが、ホテル内の美術品はセンス良く美術館のような雰囲気。プールはあるが、サウナ、スパ利用はChateauを利用ということなので、これを優先する場合はChateauか。Ouchy地区でレマン湖に面し環境抜群、朝食も良い。

湖畔を散歩するのに最高の環境。フロントと個々の建物が離れていて、とてもスペシャルなホテルに泊まっている気分になる。

３部屋エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが実際は1部屋のみがエグゼクティブルームで２部屋はスーペリアに通されました。 写真と違うアパートのような洗面台。チェックインの際おかしいと話しましたが変更してくれなかったので我慢していたら部屋には蚊みたいな虫が２匹もでました。堪え切れす再度ルームチェンジを頼んだらやっとマネージャーが出て来ましたが、結局嫌味たっぷりに交換された部屋はもっと小さい屋根裏部屋タイプのスーペリアでした。 アメニティがロクシタンと聞いていましたが違いました。上の階に行くには途中からバゲージを持って階段で上がらないといけません。 スタッフの対応はとても悪かった。 朝食が美味しかったのはよかったですがボーリバージュの姉妹ホテルと聞いて宿泊しましたがお勧めしません。駅に近いホテルの方にすればよかったと思います。

ホテルの総合受付の場所がわかりにくい。 昨年末に交通事故で骨盤骨折してリハビリ中のため、受付までは階段の上り下りがあり、結構大変であったので、スロープと窓口までの案内表示が欲しい。 部屋の丁度品として、洋服ブラシと靴べらがあると良い。

特に問題はありません。Metroの運行時間をフロントが把握しておらず、間違った時刻を教えられて少し困りました。

lovely atmosphere, great hotel

雰囲気もあり素晴らしいホテルでした。 湖のほとりの静かなロケーションですが、すぐ近くにCOOPもありレストランもたくさん。またメトロの駅もすぐそばでとても便利。 ちょっと残念だったのは、部屋の窓が小さく暗いのと、クモの巣が張ってとところ。

快適で素晴らしいホテルでした。立地も湖岸の一等地にあります。旧市街に行く場合には、ホテルで用意してくれる滞在期間中無料で使えるバスのチケットを持って、ホテル近くのバス停から乗れば便利です。

三月の終わりから四月にかけて一週間ほど宿泊しました。 コンシェルジュの対応が非常に良く、大変満足しました。 レンタカーの手配（イースターで日本からの予約はどこも満杯）は迅速で、しかもとても割安の手配をしてくれました。急に、ローザンヌにあるダンス・スタジオを見学したいと言っても、すぐに候補をいくつも出してくれました。 難を言えば、ベッドの上掛けの仕様だけ。エクスペディアに乗っているこのホテルの写真のおしゃれなベッド・メイキングと違い、上掛けを野戦病院（？）のように丸めておくのには、ちょっと興ざめしました。私たちのように、コンシェルジュを利用せず、初めて一泊だけする客に取っては、なんじゃ、こりゃ、となったと思います。でも、それ以外はサービスだけでなく、室内のインテリアはとてもハイセンスで良かったです。

From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again.

The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Everything was perfect, spotless and very welcoming. The pool beds are so lovely and comfortable. The staff were really sweet and the young man that checked us in was very accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful historic hotel. Very comfortable and the receptionist was so helpful. The hotel is a series of four buildings. The upper building where I was is up a series of outside steps. When booking, you may want to request the lower building. The room was larger than you would expect of an older building.
