どこを取っても最高のホテルでした。 設備も景色もさることながら、スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。 外国語に不慣れな自分たちでもゆったり過ごす事ができました。また、提携のフィットネス（サウナ）も使わせていただき大満足です。 スイスに行くことがあれば、ぜひまた利用させて頂きたいです。

隣接のBeau-Rivage, Chateau d’Ouchyとは運営が同じ姉妹ホテルとのこと。値段が近いChateau と迷ったが、バスタブ必ず有りでこちらに。部屋のマーク・ロスコは複製と思うが、ホテル内の美術品はセンス良く美術館のような雰囲気。プールはあるが、サウナ、スパ利用はChateauを利用ということなので、これを優先する場合はChateauか。Ouchy地区でレマン湖に面し環境抜群、朝食も良い。

湖畔を散歩するのに最高の環境。フロントと個々の建物が離れていて、とてもスペシャルなホテルに泊まっている気分になる。

３部屋エグゼクティブルームを予約しましたが実際は1部屋のみがエグゼクティブルームで２部屋はスーペリアに通されました。 写真と違うアパートのような洗面台。チェックインの際おかしいと話しましたが変更してくれなかったので我慢していたら部屋には蚊みたいな虫が２匹もでました。堪え切れす再度ルームチェンジを頼んだらやっとマネージャーが出て来ましたが、結局嫌味たっぷりに交換された部屋はもっと小さい屋根裏部屋タイプのスーペリアでした。 アメニティがロクシタンと聞いていましたが違いました。上の階に行くには途中からバゲージを持って階段で上がらないといけません。 スタッフの対応はとても悪かった。 朝食が美味しかったのはよかったですがボーリバージュの姉妹ホテルと聞いて宿泊しましたがお勧めしません。駅に近いホテルの方にすればよかったと思います。

ホテルの総合受付の場所がわかりにくい。 昨年末に交通事故で骨盤骨折してリハビリ中のため、受付までは階段の上り下りがあり、結構大変であったので、スロープと窓口までの案内表示が欲しい。 部屋の丁度品として、洋服ブラシと靴べらがあると良い。

特に問題はありません。Metroの運行時間をフロントが把握しておらず、間違った時刻を教えられて少し困りました。

lovely atmosphere, great hotel

雰囲気もあり素晴らしいホテルでした。 湖のほとりの静かなロケーションですが、すぐ近くにCOOPもありレストランもたくさん。またメトロの駅もすぐそばでとても便利。 ちょっと残念だったのは、部屋の窓が小さく暗いのと、クモの巣が張ってとところ。

快適で素晴らしいホテルでした。立地も湖岸の一等地にあります。旧市街に行く場合には、ホテルで用意してくれる滞在期間中無料で使えるバスのチケットを持って、ホテル近くのバス停から乗れば便利です。

三月の終わりから四月にかけて一週間ほど宿泊しました。 コンシェルジュの対応が非常に良く、大変満足しました。 レンタカーの手配（イースターで日本からの予約はどこも満杯）は迅速で、しかもとても割安の手配をしてくれました。急に、ローザンヌにあるダンス・スタジオを見学したいと言っても、すぐに候補をいくつも出してくれました。 難を言えば、ベッドの上掛けの仕様だけ。エクスペディアに乗っているこのホテルの写真のおしゃれなベッド・メイキングと違い、上掛けを野戦病院（？）のように丸めておくのには、ちょっと興ざめしました。私たちのように、コンシェルジュを利用せず、初めて一泊だけする客に取っては、なんじゃ、こりゃ、となったと思います。でも、それ以外はサービスだけでなく、室内のインテリアはとてもハイセンスで良かったです。

The entire stay was amazing! Right on Lake Geneva with a beautiful properly and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and incredibly felt, especially Rafael, we will be back!

This is a lovely hotel which has very nice rooms. We stayed in one of the old buildings but it felt like it had been recently refurbished. Very nice finishes and big rooms. The hotel is in a great location in Ouchy and close to the lake and subway up to Lausanne centre. It doesn't have a bar like a conventional hotel however it does have a restaurant and recommends a bar in the sister property across the road. This is maybe why they provide a complimentary mini bar in the rooms which was a lovely bonus. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Vert good lacated with a 3 min walk to the lake and after swimming in the lake you can relax on the subbers by the hotell pool. Very nice breakfast too

Perfekt renoviertes grosses Zimmer. Wertvolle Zimmereinrichtung. TV/RADIO getrennt und sehr einfach zu bedienen.

First class hotel. Excellent location near to the lake. High quality rooms, public areas and breakfast. Second stay here. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has four different buildings. The one we stayed in required climbing 39 steps to get to the entrance; the others were much more accessible. Luckily, the hotel staff was most helpful and accommodating in carrying our suitcases to the room. The location is exquisite: opposite Lake Geneva and the well-maintained walking/running/biking path beside it, on the edge of a shopping /dining district in Lausanne. The rail shuttle to the main Lausanne train station runs every 3-7 minutes and is two blocks from the hotel parking lot. The hotel’s buffet breakfast is expensive. If a patisserie would suit your needs, there is an exquisite one a block away.

Les parties communes de l hôtel étaient en rénovation (sans nuisances sonores). La chambre en soi était grande et bien entretenue.
