Staff are very friendly. It's good to take a reseavation for shuttle bus at checking in as usually many of hotels don't take it in advance.

The staff was very nice when we checked in. The room was spacious. Easy access to the airport.

My room door didn’t lock, there was no hot water for showers. I told the manager and she didn’t seem to care.

Airport shuttle took approx 1 hr to pick us up from car rental return. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes when we called the desk.

This hotel is currently under construction pool and the hot tub are out of order. Terrible roof construction was on going worth roofing nails everywhere loose.

Pool and hot tub closed. The courtyard was all under construction. Monday morning i woke up at 8am to a lot of banging and scraping. I got up and looked outside. There was a man climbing up a ladder right iinfront of my balcony. They were having the roof redone. There is 3 floors and i was on the top floor. It was sooo loud. It could have had the common courtesy to tell people there was construction going on. I didn't get switched to a new room on the inside Courtyard. But you're not allowed to go on the balconies on the inside court because of construction also. My first room the sink was closed the remote did not work. My second room the sink was clogged again. I would not recommend this hotel at all

Hotel under renovation. I got a great rate. Room was comfortable but could have used a facelift. Close to Zona Rosa shopping and entertainment

Felt older and somewhat under staffed.

Pool, hot tub, and fitness center weren't open. Found a nicotine patch on the floor of our room under the curtain which makes i think they didn't vacuum well. It smelled like feet in our room. Up side is it was cheaper than the other options and close to our destination. It is what it is. Probably wont stay again, but I have seem worse.

4 AM shuttle to the airport was on time! They do charge $8/day if you are leaving your car in their parking lot while on holiday or whatever…

The room was average. No microwave. It did have a small refrigerator

Pool and hot tub closed permanently. Lots of the areas under construction, including our balcony- it was filled with ladders and scaffolding. The website offers a CONTINENTAL breakfast for a fee, which is very misleading, it’s actually breakfast in a box, which they were out of over have the items. I will say, the manager did allow us to cancel our second night. So we did appreciate that.

Clean

There was construction going on in our hallway. I had reserved a room with a King size bed and pull out couch. We received a king size bed and an uncomfortable chair, no couch. Room was clean and bathroom was good sized. We were close to restaurants and the interstate. Pool and Hot tub were permanently closed.
