特に大きな不満はありませんでしたが、一点エアコンが臭かった。部屋の中が寒かったので、ヒーターを入れたら洗濯物生乾きの匂いが充満。

The room was comfortable. Kind of a dated Hotel but clean. Just coffee was available no breakfast. Kind of bare bones kind of place

Excellent stay, nice grass areas for pets, comfortable beds.

The clerk had great customer service

Best hotel close by in this price range so far out of the 4 ive stayed. Will stay again. This is my 4th time here

There a few bugs in my room

This hotel is a smart choice for cvg flyers. It’s quiet with private entrances and the rooms are recently updated

The staff was very helpful. There was someone at the deask all night. The coffee was always hot. The room are ok. If your on the road and just need a room for the night the price was right that why i choose to stay. Would i spend more than 1 night probably not.

In town for a getaway with my wife

Room was clean and staff was nice.

The place was nice for the price. We stayed one night. Beds were comfy. That is all we really used it for, sleeping. And for that, it was great!

Room was not cleaned. Food was left in the microwave and there was hairs all over my shower

Given a different room than i reserved and told its the same price. The channels on the tv wouldnt come in. As soon as I walked in i seen a bug on the floor and then another after i walked a bit further so i then checked the beds and founds bugs there as well (not bed bugs)

Was nice until we came back the second day and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. My suitcase still smells like cigarettes

Shower pressure was awful. Booking said breakfast included, is not, card pay prepackaged fast convenience food. No healthy options or fresh items

Check in went well, but went downhill from there. The bed has cigarette burns, the phone didn’t work in the room, the a/c didn’t cool very well. The room beside us kept slamming doors and the room above us kept stomping in the floor all afternoon and through the night. I called the front desk from my cell and complained, but it went on all through the night. We checked out early because we couldn’t sleep. We’ll never stay at this place again!!!
