Staff was not in the office when we check out. Breakfast was not ready on time.

キッチン付き、部屋も落ち着くし、タオルやベッドも高級感あり、とても快適。 周りにファストフードが無いのが不便ですが、DFW空港までも近いのは安心。 唯一、午前3時頃非常ベル騒ぎで表に避難する事態になりました。 誘導のアナウンスもその後の説明もなく、寒い中みんな不安でした。 翌日のチェックアウトの際にも謝りのひとつもなく、気に入っただけに残念でした。

施設や設備が古い。上の階、横の部屋から音が聞こえる。

部屋も広く、朝食も美味しいホテル。空港も近く快適。出来ればプールも利用したかった。 部屋への移動はちょっと大変でした。

Was expecting more from a propert associated with the Hilton brand.

Terrible. Fire hazards, lady at front was rude, cleaning lady tried grabbing my baby out of my hands during breakfast, ashes in the window sills of “non smoking” rooms, hardly any cleaning done even when we were gone all day.

The suites were very filthy. It also needed alot of maintance and upgrades. The toilets had very little water pressure and it seemed it would never flush. I do have to say thay the area were it is located is very nice, unfortunately the rooms were very dusty and lacked housekeeping. The beds were very tiny. We were there for a soccer event and made the best of it, however I would not recommend this hotel to any family or frend.

Its right next to a beautiful riverwalk type area. Great for evening strolls.

I will be returning. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Licht und Schatten Die Suiten sind abseits der Standards, die man von der Kette Homewood Hilton kennt. Trotzdem war die 2 Zimmer Suite angenehm von der Einrichtung, auch sauber. Check In war gelangweilt (müde und hungrig) und spielte auf dem Smartphone rum. Die Suite vom Parkplatz zu erreichen war grausam. Mit den Koffern viele Treppen erst nach unten in einen Garten gehen, dann wieder viele Treppen hoch. Bei 35 Grad eine Tortur. In keinster Weise ist dieses Hotel älteren Gästen zu empfehlen. Die Suiten, auch unsere, haben derzeit allesamt Abflussprobleme in den Bädern. Frühstück war sehr basic, weniger als in vielen anderen Homewood Suites. Kein Obst, kein Joghurt... Die Lage fast am Uni Campus ist von der Gegend her schön und sicher, und man ist mit dem Auto in 12min downtown am Reunion Tower. Zu wesentlich moderateren Preisen. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wonderful property and very family friendly! Grilled and swam at the outdoor plaza and it was clean and convenient! Will definitely return!.

Loved everything

Great location in Las Colinas a surprisingly pleasant little area near Dallas. The lakes and canals are nice. I liked the property. The rooms are definitely aging, but clean, comfortable and functional.

We had a hugeeee issue with an ant infestation in our suite. The staff was very nice with helping to get a refund but overall the stay was very stressful with the ants crawling on everything in the room from the walls to the beds, counters, night stands.

Could use a refresh. A lot of steps with our luggage. Men in courtyard hanging out at night made me feel uncomfortable.
