Close to opera house, science museum and the greenspace that connects to the old town. Really nice.

Es hat die ganze Zeit nach Abfluss gerochen und die Klimaanlage dürfte nicht zentral eingestellt werden weil für April keine Saison ist. Aber im Zimmer waren es 30 grad warm

Clean and good service. Be careful to drive in to the underground parking the entrance was so tight.

The property can't offer a Triple Room at 300-400 euros per night, stazing they have a TV working in the room, while they know very well the room is not connected to Cable / SAT services, but just to aerial TV with 2 local channels only. Air-condition was not working because it is spring (not summer yet...) but this not Scandinavia. 26°c is quite hot... the closet was not in the room but in the bathroom... really? Is this the right place for keeping my clothes? Near to the water, impregnated with the humidity of the shower room and odor of the toilet room?

They do not reply your email or message. We checked in with a staff without any smile. I thought I was in Russia. Hahahhaa

I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town.

So loud at night can hear banging for ages and super loud music blaring around hotel. U will get a rubbish sleep

La camera è spaziosa e ben calda con aria condizionata silenziosa. Il bagno ha tutto con doccia e vasca. La posizione è vicino mezzi pubblici e i posti turistici. Tutto ok

A ceia de natal estava muito boa. Os quartos podiam ser mais limpos

Great property and close to the main points of interest. A little noise because the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the guests on the hallways and in the upper floors.
