友人の結婚式参列のため四泊しましたが、部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。目の前が旧市街なので、時間がある時に散策を楽しみました。スタッフの対応もテキパキしていて良いホテルだと思います。

全体的には良かったのだが、隣の部屋の音が筒抜けでうるさかった。フロント言って対応してもらいましたが、構造の問題もあり、難しいと考えられます。静かに過ごしたい人には無理かも知れません。

La habitación un poco anticuada y la ducha funcionaba mal.

Room didnt smell good, would be nice if they have coffee in the room or vendo machine for hot bevereges in the lobby. Happy that they have vendo machine for cold drinks. Asked for a wakeup call but never got it. You can hear the voices and snoring of the people next door.

La suite junior piena di spifferi d'aria. Non insonorizzata. Appena imbiancata e odore insopportabile, lavandino intasato . Ho chiesto una wake up call alle 4 del mattino per prendere un aereo e non sono stato svegliato,non solo ma alle mie rimostranze hanno che avevano telefonato 4 volte! Colazione ottima. Stanza molto fredda

This is a 4-star hotel that feels somewhere between a 3- and 4-star, and overall it offers good value for what you pay. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and beds are comfortable The staff are friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Check in and out was smooth. One thing to note is that soundproofing is limited you can hear some noise from other rooms The location is outside the historic city walls, which makes it a more affordable option. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral, but the walk is enjoyable and gives you a chance to discover different neighborhoods and see more of Seville along the way. Overall, it does the job well, feels comfortable, and is a solid choice if you want a clean, reasonably priced hotel with a touch of 4-star atmosphere without paying premium prices.

Personal de recepción encantadores, los de cafeteria no demasiado, tienen q mejorar su atención y personal de sala muy amable.

La habitación muy amplia. Muy limpia y ropa de cama y lencería de buena calidad. El desayuno, excelente, muy variado .muy recomendable porque está muy bien ubicado

Location was a ways away from the city, but that was understood before hand. Lots of onsite parking. Staff were excellent with very good suggestions where to visit and where to park downtown. Room was a bit small for 3. Room lacked a kettle and tea/coffee but we bought the breakfast so this wasn’t an issue. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff was good, rooms were okay. Hotel could be more updated. A bit far from the main areas.
