No Staff not Enoch service

The hotel provides breakfast Buffett and you could order off the menu. The lounge / bar area was spacious and assortment of food. Disappointed the jets in the hot tub wasn’t working. I feel there should’ve been a sign or something. Very nice bartender Gary we met during our stay.

As always, this hotel provides a pleasant stay.

AC did not work and paid too much money to have that happen. Outdoor pool seemed pretty dirty and not clean before opening. No sofa bed covers or blankets found in room.

This day was OK. I wish I had known that the hotel was under construction. The hot tub was closed. And we had barely warm water for a shower.

Great location at very good price. The hotel has it all.

The water was turned off due to an unforeseen issue with the plumbing. But it was a real inconvenience.

Had booked for king they gave me two full size bed in which my bf and I didn’t want we are a newly couple and wanted to be on the same bed and not on two different beds. Horrible night we didn’t sleep well at all.

Good hotel. I would say you need a car here but conveniently located as a base for exploring Long Island. Free parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Long Island is beautiful!

It was great kids loved it

Never again. TV in room was dead. Moved us to another room the TV worked the bathroom sink did not. Furniture is damaged. Our room on the second floor overlooked the lobby atrium so we had to listen to bar noise until 3 am. Staff was not very helpful or considerate.

Everything was fine except for in room coffee making supplies. A few more dollars could be spent on a better coffee machine, better coffee, real milk,, no coffee mate,, real crockery, no paper cups and and some good tea!

Outside of hotel and lobby bar was nice but the room was awful. Dirty, bathroom faucet was extremely loose, smelled like stale cigarettes and the entrance to the hotel and elevator smelled like pot. During checkout (I understand I was checking out at 4am) but nobody was at the front desk. I put the key in the drop off slot but I wanted to make a complaint about the room and let them know someone was asleep (passed out) in the hallway. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

I booked two rooms for my daughter’s Sweet 16 through Expedia and ended up in one of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. At check-in, I noticed what looked like sugar on the desk. Hours later, I found three hypodermic needles and drug residue in the desk drawer. I had already touched the substance earlier and started feeling sick. I was chaperoning minors, and they were also exposed. A staff member removed the items but left them outside my door all night. Later, a homeless man tried entering my daughter’s room. I was so scared, I slept in my car. The next morning, I felt too ill to drive and had to charge four hotel breakfasts to the room. Hilton only offered to comp one room. The only courtesy I received was a one-hour late checkout. This experience ruined my daughter’s Sweet 16. Unsafe. Traumatizing. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve reported everything to Hilton Corporate and expect a full refund.
