Lots of early renovation , too much noise

with all the renovations going on it was a construction zone but the new room we were in was beautiful and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and made it comfortable for us. it will be very nice and the addition of a gym and breakfast area will be welcome

This property is under complete renovation and should not even be open for business. No Font entrance, construction debris everywhere. Restaurant under construction complete disaster area.

The staff was cordial and respectful . The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t make the room the second day I was there I had to ask them to make it

Hôtel en réparations, PAS AVISÉ devait avoir un restaurant sur place FERMÉ DÉFÉNITIVEMENT et AUCUN AVIS de votre part ni d'eux. Cette photo de l'accueil est loin d'être la bonne. L'accueil est très sale dû aux réparations, même chose pour l'ascenseur. Je suis vraiment déçue Beaucoup de bruits à cause des rénovations.

Brand new room but hotel under construction and power went off for 2 hours room got very cold and had to climb stairs as elevator was not working. Close the hotel during renovations and re open properly

We booked 5 nights through Expedia. There was no indication anywhere that they were in renovations. We had to park in the rear and walk through a major construction site to enter the building. On the second night, we arrived at 10 pm. There were no lights at all in the back of the building, total darkness. We had to use the lights on our phones to find our way to the door through the construction site. We decided then that it wasn’t safe and cancelled our 3 last night. We were still charged an extra fee from Expedia for cancelling. This should have been indicated at the time of booking. This is the worst experience we ever had in any hotel.

La propreté de la salle de bain ….il y avait des poils de barbe tout autour du lavabo …. La chambre a une odeur de tapis … Ils sont en rénovation ,l entrée ,le stationnement est cacophonique ! Commodité de la chambre sinon est bien

Being renovated. No facilities at all, restaurant permanently closed, construction on upper level at 7 am, outdated room. Very disappointing.

This property is a dangerous construction zone. After driving around massive parking les of rubble and fenced off areas we finally stopped to ask a construction worker how to get into the building as there is no front door access (or a front door). He directed us to a door in the back of the building next to a large wooden construction ramp. Once inside the lobby reception area had been gutted so we followed signs to a make shift “reception” desk where someone with a computer signed us in and gave us a room number. The room was in need of major renos as well, with no proper climate control. Heat was on or AC was on. There was no off. It was 10 degrees outside so the heat had been left on and the window was wide open over the noisy construction site. I tried closing it be the room got way too warm. We paid in advance full rate with no warning or mention of the state of this property, and no discount offered. The hotel we were at the night before in Montreal was lovely and $90 per night less than this place. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was closed for the day on Saturday but open on Sunday so we ate breakfast there before heading out. The food was good and the waitress was very friendly and did a great job. The person working in the make-shift lobby was friendly and professional as well. No complaints with the staff at all. Guests just need to be warned they will be maneuvering a noisy construction zone if they book here and will be paying full price. Not pleasant.

There was nothing positive about this experience. Old facility, dirty rooms, old carpet. Yes there are renovations going on but the exterior and interior that was available to me was dirty and old. Noise early and into the evening due to renovations. No mention of any renovations on any websites, all photos were false and misleading.

Hotel is renovating and there was no notice on Expedia. Photos of property and rooms are misleading. Front desk tried considering the circumstances
