The passage from the subway was often closed, and access was inconvenient due to construction work on the pavilion, which sometimes made it impassable.

Me and wife arrived late David was great after a long day very professional and gave excellent information and recommended good restaurant. Manager working late shift was great too. Being in hospitality for years i appreciate good service.

The breakfast was very poor. Overcooked rubbery eggs and burnt tiny sausages. Other Hilton’s have far superior quality food and variety. The service was excellent though and the omelettes were good.

My family of 4 stayed here. It was the perfect location to hop on the metro and head into DC. Breakfast was excellent each morning and we were also given coupons for happy hour! Others have mentioned the mall is closed, but we didn’t mind that. It made the hotel quiet. The Cheesecake Factory is still open and that was a great dining option. Definitely stay here!

A good Embassy Suites with a very good staff. But its connected with Maza Gallery Mall which is undergoing major renovations and things are a bit confusing as to parking, entrance from garage and a bit of a weird vibe looking out over balcony at a closed mall. I'd stay again, although more inclined if my business or interests were in upper NW part of DC than DuPont or Capitol Hill or even Georgetown.

Great room, loved breakfast and happy hour. The pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, (although the pool area was slippery and no towels left. I guess it was because it was towards the end of the night when we went so the water accumulated from the day’s use). We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

This property is a perfect place to stay especially with a family. It is large and accommodating. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. For the adults there are free drinks from 5:30 to 7:30. There is a pool on the top floor for the kids as well as a hot tub for the adults. The Metro is just downstairs which gets you to everywhere you need to go.

Location is perfect for the Metro, there are also great restaurants and activities within walking distance of the hotel.

i am very disappointed that because I was sick with pneumonia and checked out a day early your po9licy is nonrefundable you know emergencies do happen and IK really expect this refund even though I booked this through Expedia they called you and said non refundable I expect my 239.92 back

Excellent location to use as a home base to visit Washington DC. There is a Metro rail station located below the property and a bus station directly across the street allowing for quick and easy travel into DC and all its sights. There is no car parking on- site at this hotel, so skip the rental and use the public transportation instead.

I liked pretty much everything. I didn't like the way our toilet flushed or the shower drained

It was really excellent except for the pool/Jacuzzi area. It was unkept, water treacherously all over the floor with towels everywhere.

Well situated with access to Metro just across the street. Safe and well maintained.
