フロントで待たされた。冷蔵庫の中が有料のものでfullで、買ってきた飲み物などを入れるスペースがほとんどない。言わないとアメニティが供給されない。駅からもバス停からも遠い。

会議のために利用しましたが，周辺のビーチはリゾート気分満載 次は本格的な休暇で再利用したいものです．

・出張用務の会場でもあり、滞在中の移動がないので，少々高いが選択。外観はやや古いが、内装はきれい。部屋も清潔だが、旧来型というか、ミニバー式で冷蔵庫の空きスペースが少ない、タオルの種類が少なく部屋着もない、エアコンの使い方がわかりにくい、等、値段の割に機能性にはやや不満。 ・朝食は種類も豊富、パンがとにかくうまい。但し4泊目の朝は，さすがに飽きてきた。麺類もほしい。 ・とにかく交通の便が悪く、空港バス停留所から徒歩20分、トランク引きずってはつらく、雨天でなく良かった。これだけのホテルであれば、当然有料でも良いからシャトルバスがあるべき。

Very nice hotel. The area around the hotel is very nice. The service is nice. The restaurant at the lobby is nice. It is worth it.

We were overwhelmed by the Melia Sitges on arrival. The photos and descriptions do not do it justice. The property is gorgeous. The public spaces are huge, welcoming and well thought out. The restaurant and pool area are amazing. Our room was fantastic and the view unmatched. The big surprise was the breakfast buffet. We had just finished a luxury cruise and this was even better than the cruise buffet! We will return.

Clean room, staff, breakfast was great. Parking was expensive.

- Le prix élevé par rapport à la chambre et aux services (même pas de pantoufles pour une chambre premium) - La chambre semble récemment rénovée, mais certains éléments sont clairement usés - Impossible de régler la température de la clim, le passage d'un technicien n'a rien changé - La porte du balcon s'est bloquée, le verrou devait être changé par le technicien, mais rien n'a été fait - L'eau fuit du pommeau de douche - Très mauvaise isolation sonore, on est réveillés par les portes qui claquent - Plusieurs fois impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, sans explication - Peu de parasols à la piscine - Pas de demi-pension alors que nous nous y attendions suite à un échange de mails ("In case on preferering half board, my colleagues at front desk during check in time will asess you."). Et le site de l'hôtel dit: "En été, le restaurant Noray sert le dîner et les repas en demi-pension.". Mi-juin n'est donc pas l'été pour Méliá !!! - Donc un seul restaurant qui n'ouvre qu'à 13h avec un choix limité de plats, surtout qu'on reste plus d'une semaine - Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, mais rien d'exceptionnel par rapport à d'autres hôtels 4 étoiles - La climatisation est forte au rez-de-chaussée (merci pour le climat!) - La porte de notre chambre a été bloquée soi-disant parce que nous n'avions pas payé, mais on ne nous a pas demandé de payer ! - Au check-out, le réceptionniste dit que je vais recevoir la facture par e-mail. Rien reçu. J'ai dû re-demande. Service minimum.

I really like this hotel. It is a little out of the way from the main part of town, but it’s in a nice area and we had no trouble getting Ubers. Great beach and restaurant close by and we could take hotel towels. Pool area was well maintained

Good location near the centre of town and the marina. Pool is an excellent size with plenty of sun beds around. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. Avoid rooms on first floor around 175 as you hear the trolleys in the kitchen below around 5am. A room on 2nd floor and above would be advisable.

The location of the hotel is good for the station and for restaurants along the promenade howver need to be a pretty robust walker as there are lots of hills and steps! Hotel was ok - decoration was minanilist and clinical. The bedroom and bathroom furniture is basic ( Ikea like!) . The towels were thin and poor quality. There was very little provided in the way of toiletries - no facial soap ,no bath robes. The wardrobe was located in an alcove in the room with a rail and a curtain ! Only one bottle of complimentary water was provided for the 6 day stay. When this was challenged at reception the staff were dismissive - told we could by some at the bar! The nearest shop was about 10 minutes away! A day later two bottles of top quality mineral water were left in our room ! As a seasoned traveller this hotel did not represent value for money - apart from the breakfast which was excellent! Do not pre book breakfast as on arrival the offer for breakfast was half the price of the prebooked price! Sadly this hotel did not live up to expectations and was over priced.

Amazing property - very high-end! The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the city centre but close to one of the main beaches. Property had everything I needed. I had a wonderful experience.
