清潔感たっぷり。お部屋も素晴らしい。流石レオンを代表するホテル

カテドラルや、主要観光スポットに近いところは良かったです。 大きなスーツケースを抱えて石段を登らないとロビーにたどり着けないのはちょっと困りました。

飛行機の延着で当日深夜０時少し前にホテルに到着しました。 文句も言われず通された部屋はかなり広いダブルサイズbed でした。　細部まで行き届いた設備に、カテドラルや旧市街 まで歩いて数分の便利さと文句無しのホテルでした。

夕方に車で到着したのですが、ホテルの周りに駐車スペースが無く、3回も周回することになりました。しかし、ホテル駐車場への案内等の対応はとても素晴らしいです。

繁華街にあり買い物や観光にも良いです。雨が降りましたが傘も貸してくれました。

The location was outstanding. It is the most convenient to all the things you want to see in the city, so you can walk everywhere without any worries. It's only about 10 mins from the cathedral! We were traveling with a car, so we needed parking; the parking is a few doors down on the same street and about 9 euros a night, I think. While very convenient, it's got VERY driveways throughout the parking garage, so be aware of this. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Hotel is clean and safe.

Freundliches Personal. Schönes Design der Eingangshalle, gutes Frühstück. Kleine Zimmer mit unmöglich engen Badezimmer. Das Bidet sollte dringend entfernt wdrden, dann könnte man normal aufs WC sitzen.

No estaba lista la habitación El personal, un señor maduro muy poco amable, hasta que terminó de ver su computadora se dignó voltear a vernos y preguntar que se nos ofrecía

This hotel was excellent . Not only was it situated in a great location, but the beauty, the service and the cleanness was fantastic

Location, clean facility, friendly staff

No parking for normal sedan size car. Was only told at check in car too big. Should be disclosed on website. Had to park in public car park on the other side of round about. Parked in front of hotel to unload luggage and take to room only, lucky there was a space at that time. Not so lucky on checkout as spaces were used by half a dozen of motorbikes and 2 other cars. Spaces only meant to be for 30 mns. So had to park at an angle with back of car poking out a little onto road to load luggage. No ramps for luggage, to get up to reception. No help from staff. Air conditioning not working properly. Room felt stuffy. Food was good. Convenient location.

It is very well located. Close to the Cathedral, Casa Botines, etc. Our room needed a hand to repair a broken refrigerator door. Difficult to shower without flooding the floor.

Beautiful place in a great location. Air conditioning didn’t work, but opening the windows helped. Comfortable bed and very clean.

El hotel tienen una muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro de León. La habitación está bien, las camas cómodas, todo limpio, y el personal muy amable.

We had a very comfortable stay and our room was impeccably clean.

Todo genial, cerca de la calle ancha donde está todo Repetire y lo aconsejo.

Está bien ubicada, sin embargo los servicios prestados son mínimos para ser 4 estrellas y lentos.
