部屋も広くて綺麗なホテルで満足です。 ホテルの前の広場もちょうどクリスマスのイルミネーションの飾り付けをした後だったので綺麗でした。 チェックアウトの日の朝が早かったのですが、チェックアウト後、バスの時間までロビーで待っているとフロントの人が「コーヒーはいかが？」と声をかけてくださいました。 コーヒーをいただくほどの時間はなかったのでお断りしましたが心遣いが嬉しかったです。

どこに行くのも便利で、空港やツアーバス停にかなり近い。Wi-Fi環境も快適。 夜も静かでレイキャビックのおすすめホテル。

お店も周りに多く、便利なところです。受付は、丁寧でした。帰りの空港までのピックアップ、オススメの夕食のお店の予約もすぐにしていただけました。他の方も書かれているように、スパは狭くて時間も8時までと早めに終わりますが、お部屋のお風呂にはバスタブもありますし、床暖房とタオル掛けもパイプが暖かく、水着もすぐに乾きました。

24時間体制でいろいろお世話していただける事は有難いですね。 日本語を少し話していただける女性がいました。楽しかったです。

Room was in a totally different building which was weird. Had none of the old traditions or feel to it. Breakfast was very average at best. Got down there at 09.45 on our last day and half the buffer was gone and not replaced with new food. We were told the Breakfast ends in 10min so it’s our problem for coming late. Cleaning was ok, bed wasn’t made properly, just loosely made up. Definitely not the hotel of old

The location is perfectly situated downtown, the room was well appointed and confortable. The art deco aesthetic is everything! Very hospitable staff, I would definitely come back on my next trip out here.

I didn’t opt in for breakfast. I didn’t have a thermostat in my room but it was very cold outside so leaving the window open helped keep the room cool at night. The shower is very nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Classic old school elegance, clean room, lovely and helpful staff - it was a wonderful first ever stay in Iceland!

The front desk was very welcoming and informative from the start. All questions were answered with a smile. They even searched to see if our room was available to check in early which it was. We utilized street parking several blocks away. That was more convenient than most hotels in the area. The entire hotel was spotless and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the view of the city was awesome. This hotel was right in the center of everything. I would recommend it to anyone who wants access to restaurants, shopping and the marina.

The staff was helpful! We encountered an unexpected snowstorm and they allowed us to cancel our last night to stay closer to the airport. I respect a hotel that is reasonable during a situation like that.

Lovely room, definitely worth the upgrade. Fantastic location too, really central. Breakfast was amazing and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. Would stay again without a doubt.
