FL〜NY迄車で旅行途中、価格が休めだったの滞在、場所は主要観光地からは離れている。 移動がレンタカーなら問題無いが、渋滞の為、市内中心部から1時間近く掛かった。 地下鉄駅迄は住宅街を抜け、徒歩で15分！(結構キツイ） 部屋、朝食、アメリカの普通のモーテル！ 寝るだけなら十分だろう、、、

I like the hotel clean room

This motel was not very convenient to 95 - it was a couple miles off. The entire motel was over crowded and there were several rooms BLARING spanish music all night long. There were groups of people smoking weed both in and outside of rooms. It was not a place I would stay with small kids ever again.

We stayed here last summer and they were doing renovations. When we return this month, I was surprised to see that they were still renovating. However, our room seemed to be one of the updated rooms, when we arrived, our door had some type of substance on it. Which was removed before I had a chance to complain to the first desk. Which was good. The location was great and the room was comfortable. The only real complaint I have is not with the hotel itself but with hotels.com. I have an account with hotels.com and book through them because I thought I was getting the best deal. However, I learned during this stay, that hotels.com DID NOT provide me with the best price! And when I asked them to match the hotel’s price or at least credit my account for the difference, they refused! Booking on the hotel’s website was actually cheaper than booking on hotels.com!

The pictures are better than the property itself I feel tricked on thinking it was more decent than what it was.

Under construction/renovation so there were beds and other room trash in the parking lot. The "renovated" room was very unpleasant and downright gross. Paint all over the floors. The ac unit was broken and on it's last legs. There were brown liquid stains on the bathroom wall. The hallways were stained with paint. The room next to ours didn't have a door knob. The property reeked of marijuana. Unfortunately, there were no other options for us with the short notice. Otherwise I would've stayed anywhere but here.

Let's be honest. The hotel is in pretty rough shape with lots of repairs and refurbishments needed. It's not in a great part of Rocky Mount, so I appreciate the money they spent on security cameras and fully lighting the parking lot. This business has two things going for it--the staff is great and very helpful; the price point. I chose to stay here rather than pay 2 times the amount to stay at nicer options.

This was my fourth time staying here in about three years. They are still remodeling. There were drilling and hammering noises at 7 pm next to my room. They have all day. I paid almost 80$ for that night. Please make smoking people pick up their nasty cigarette butts. They were all over in front of my room. Besides all that it is kind of a nice place. People are nice. The breakfast needs a major uplift. There was really hardly anything to eat. Do not pour water into the orange juice please!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ll stay again though 😃😃

There was a lot of confusion regarding room assignments and keys. We really just needed a clean bed and that’s the level of what we got.

Room disgusting and furniture old and broken. Bathroom moldy, bed hard and uncomfortable and staff walking past guests outside loudly listening to music and drinking and smoking weed at night and saying nothing.

Very friendly stay, comfortable bed and near everything

The parking lot was full of service vehicles which made parking extremely limited. We stayed on the second floor and the steps were crumbling and falling apart. The room was clean however It was in need of a serious update. Me and my daughter were awoken multiple times during the night by hearing doors slamming and what sounded like cabinets slamming. My daughter became sick this morning and the staff did assist me in getting to an extremely old drink machine. My daughter needed a Sprite for her stomach but the machine dispensed a different drink. For the price the room was average and that we only needed somewhere to sleep after a volleyball tournament.

The lady at check in was not accommodating. Things she said I wouldn't have told a guest. I saw several bugs (roaches)
