総合評価とレビュー Hotel Coimbra Aeminium, Affiliated by Meliá

Não foi fácil ter uma noite descansada, do nosso quarto 302 ouviu-se durante a noite uma torneira/chuveiro durante a madrugada dirante uns 20m e mais tarde verca de uns q5m, diria que do quarto adjacente, como se fosse no nosso wc. Acordámos várias vezes devido a isso. Quarto espaçoso, limpo e pequeno almoço com qualidade e quantidade.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização

Nice lobby, bar area. Bar staff were great. Indifferent staff on reception. Booked a junior suite, given a standard room until challenged. Room then changed to as booked. Room large but bland/ utility. A/C loud but infective. Bed hard. Petty charges for more than two coffee pods and water. Location near to a large hospital. It was a distance from University/town centre, uber/ bolt car share very good. Secure car park available challengingly for anything other than a small car.

O check-in, o quarto, banheiro, limpeza tudo ok. O único inconveniente foi no breakfast. A máquina de café não estava a sair o leite, apenas água e café, fui informar a atendente que muito grosseiramente apontou para a outra máquina e disse:”então pega desta”, assim o fiz e quando uma outra atendente ( brasileira) passou por mim para retirar os pratos muito educadamente eu disse a ela que sua colega logo cedo já estava mal humorada e nada educada em sua função, e ela se desculpou pela colega de trabalho. Solicitei um copo de água a um senhor atendente que muitíssimo educadamente me trouxe. O breakfast acabava às 10 AM, mas eu penso ser de bom tom avisarem os hóspedes que irão retirar e se querem algo mais antes. Mas não, a moça mal humorada começou a retirar tudo rapidamente e quando pedi para provar um pedaço do bolo que ela estava retirando, fez cara feia. Melhores no treinamento de seus funcionarios E se os mesmos não estão satisfeitos, com certeza outros estarão. Acrescento que o Breakfast poderia ser mais completo pelo valor cobrado. O Hotel é muito bem decorado e aconchegante.

Not in a very good condition. The bed is very hard impossible to sleep on it. The hotel does not give the option to make coffee or tea in room. No conditioner for the hair. It’s not a 4 star hotel at all

Un muy agradable hotel

A bit far out of town - but thankfully taxis are easy. Nice hotel with a cool bar, but the room was dull. The breakfast was also basic - plastic food, low quality in my view.

The only detractor was the eggs at breakfast. They tasted like they were reconstituted or they had too much milk added t them. The beds were very comfortable.

Bon séjour, chambre très propre et confortable. J’aurai aimé qu’il y ait une cafetière dans la chambre. Seul point négatif je n’ai pas apprecie Qu’on me charge 1,5 euro pour une tasse d’eau chaude avec citron….

Ligging is handig want vanuit het hotel loop je vooral naar beneden langs alle bezienswaardigheden in Coimbra, de staf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bv. kregen tips hoe het beste te lopen en telefoonnummer van taxi mee om weer terug te komen. Gegeten in bar van hotel, menukaart met ruime keuze en gerechten waren smaakvol en creatief. Parkeerplaats en garage aanwezig, ontbijt prima. Dit hotel is een aanrader.

Excelente atendimento

Hôtel très moderne, très propre mais un peu loin du centre historique. Toutefois, ça valait le détour.

Coimbra is a very busy city with a lot of traffic that clearly creates ongoing parking challenges and general congestion. The property itself is hard to access but once you’re in, is quite good. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent with a particularly good bathroom. The hotel has many group bookings and insufficient elevators so expect a wait at reception or getting to/ from your room. Also note the parking area at the rear of the building gets very busy at pick up times for the adjacent school but outside these times, free parking can be found. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good (except for the fake orange juice) - overall we thought this was a good property given its location and high usage.

Stayed there for the second time, like this place

Hotel fraco. Tentei comer a noite e precisava reservar o restaurante. Fiquei sem opções pois a região não oferece muitas opções. Muito barulho de manhã pois estavam em obra. Não foi possível descansar. Não recomendo!
