清潔で、ロケーションはとても良い。 ビーチの目の前にあり、レストランもたくさんあるエリア。 施設の老朽化は少し気になる。アメニティはかなり少ない。 クリスマスの時期に宿泊したので、忙しさのせいなのかフロントスタッフたちの接客はお世辞にも良いとは言えない。 タオルの交換を頼んだが何度か忘れられた。 すごくお薦めかと言われるとそうではない。でも問題は無かった。

古いとの評判だったが、窓から見えるコパカバーナビーチの景色は素晴らしく、不自由なく過ごせたした。お部屋もベッドルームとテラスにわかれていてちょうどよい広さでした。このホテルなら絶対オーシャンビューにした方がよいです。まわりも治安がよく、夜も普通に歩けました。

Cama muito boa! Café da manhã demorava a reposição dos intens. Água quente em alguns dias não esquentou direito!

O hotel é no geral muito bom. Só o check in que foi muito demorado ( ficamos 1hora na fila). A localização bem no meio de Copacabana, é excelente.Funcionários muito cordiais.

No geral o hotel é muito bom! Apenas no sábado e domingo que a reposição do café da manhã ficou mais demorada e o chuveiro no final do dia( horário de pico) não aqueceu muito. Como gosto de banho bem quente não foi muito confortável.

Great views across from the beach large family room. Great buffet breakfast. Awesome infinity pool and rooftop DJ on Saturday night with killer views !! Not just an issue with this hotel but across Brasil is the use of plastic straws, cups and single-use toiletries. The gym should be open on weekend's the same time as during the week.

You expect to class a class A service when you at a class A price, but they served us dirty towels wit Po-p in it, and not even allowed us to Cntact the manager or any kind of retract for it. We were just completely ignored.

Atendimento muito bom, local maravilhoso. Única ressalva é que alguns itens do café da manhã são cobrados a parte (ex. omelete).

I want to start by thanking the staff! The stay was really good and we did enjoy staying in copacabana as it made it easy to travel to the turisty stuff. My only concern is the hotel being considered a 4 star I was expecting more… I wouldn’t consider rio othon a 4 star. Other that that no complaints!!

The location being right by the beach was the best thing about this hotel. When we arrived, check in was great. We were placed in our room at 3pm and we were greeted by TWO roaches. We quickly went downstairs and they came and sprayed and removed them. After a couple of days of

Some of the personal were rude. The breakfast was not the beast. Drainage in the bathrooms (sinks) weren't working good. We saw cockroaches in the rooms.
