The room is big, but very very old, and loud. It should be advertised as 3 stars, definitely not 4 stars.

Perfect. Lokasi dekat stasiun ke Airport sama mall-mall. Pelayanan hotel ramah. Bagus senang sekali stay di hotel ini.

The hotel is quite old, poor soundproofing. Unfriendly staffs (I mean reception not housekeeping staff).

Clean & big room. But the deposit $ 300 is too much.

Hotel has a bar next to the reception and the patrons are unruly to say the least. The noise from the bar lowers the standards of the hotel. The bar should be completely blocked from the reception with no thoroughfare.

Lokasinya dekat hay st. Mall, dan tempat makan. Staff yg ramah. Kamar cukup luas, meskipun bangunannya tua, tapi cukup terawat. Di saat check in, diminta deposit aud 200, yg akan di cancelled setelah 2 hari dari waktu check out (itu cukup susah utk pengecekan, kalau perjalanan kita tdk lagi di kota perth). Namun setelah saya cek kembali ke hotel itu (berhub8bg saya belum meninggalkan kota perth), staff reception langsung memberikan bukti cancel deposit saat check in. Secara keseluruhan semuanya oke.
