The room was clean but in general the whole place need maintanance. Old carpeta, dark walls! 60-70s still! Need full make over. I was there for three nights and never came to do the beds, even do we left the sign on the door. They just left today le on the bed. Breakfast, really poor! People took slides of bread with their hands!

I liked the size of the room. The staff were lovely.

Location is great. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Staff friendly, parking easy

We stayed 1 night and left very early next morning.The room was clean enough,bathroom was small but no complain, hallway carpet wasn't clean enough that was the first impression,continental breakfast was okay. About 30-40 min w/a bit of traffic from downtown Quebec.

Good property at lower price near quebec city

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, one of the table lamps was not functioning, and with only two table lamps available and no additional lighting, the room felt quite dim. The breakfast was average and could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The parking space was excellent and very convenient, and the location of the property is also quite good. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.

Personnel serviable et courtois. Rester 4 nuit et la première nuit, pas d’air climatisé fonctionnel. Le lendemain matin, il a été changer par un neuf. Plus de problème par la suite.

Property needs improvement. Room was clean. Hallway dirty and smelled. Interaction with front desk good. Breakfast team overwhelmed by volume of people. We had to wait 2 times for food/coffee. The best thing it’s close to old city and waterfall.

We had a room that was a double room because it had sliding doors between the two double beds. Such a cool fracture with the kids. Although the hall was dark and needed new carpetting and a fresh coat of paint, everything was clean inside the room and the big window and the wooden floor made the room sunny and welcoming. Breakfast was not terrible, but one of the worst I had in a hotel. At 8h30, everything was already missing.

C'est attroce à cette hotel. Les céréales sont vieilles et molles. Les oeufs dans la coquille c'est ordinaire. Le four micro-onde de l'étage était sales et désuet. Les chambres étaient minimalement propres. Aucune chance que l'on retourne là!

The photos displayed on the website are significantly more flattering than the actual condition of the establishment. The number of rooms clearly exceeds the available parking spaces. The carpets appear to be several decades old. The beds lack comfort. The bathroom, although modern, is extremely minimalistic.
