観光施設が近く、渋滞が比較的少ない立地なので利用しやすかったです。

清潔なホテルで、過ごし易かったです。 金曜日の夕方はSanJoseの渋滞が酷かったですが、比較的到着し易いと立地だと思いました。

シャワーの蛇口が壊れてました

Me hospedé por una noche y tuve una situación , dejé olvidado un anillo y llamé después de haber salido y el personal muy honesto me comunicó que si estaba ahí . Agradezco mucho el actuar del personal !

Excellent full service hotel in San Jose. Breakfast buffet (included) was excellent, room was clean and spacious. Service and amenities like this do not exist in the US since covid, unless you are staying in a very high end hotel. Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, etc, if you do not use their own restaurant, which was very good.

Nice room and pool area, good air conditioning and comfortable stay

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and the bathroom was modern and very clean. A huge thanks to the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Since we had a very early flight, we were so happy and impressed that the hotel provided a breakfast package for us to take to the airport. It was a top-tier service! Highly recommended!"

Satisfactory hotel in a convenient location. Pretty pool area with restaurant next door including poolside tables. Food was very good and varied. I asked for a room with a pool view and I got it. However it was not totally vlean- there were dust balls and hair in the corners. The tiles were cracked too in both bathroom and bedroom

Staff was helpful and nice, rooms small but clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and location was central for getting around San Jose

We liked the room/suite for its beds and bathroom but some seats would have been a nice addition as would a small refrigerator. The bar staff could have been a little friendlier. The restaurant was mostly open air. We froze at breakfast. We wore coats one night for dinner. But the food was good.

AC didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre

We enjoyed our stay

Zimmer und Bad waren groß und modern, allerdings war der Fußboden nicht ganz sauber. Beim Frühstücksbereich war es sehr kalt. Das Frühstück selbst war sonst lecker.
