駅から徒歩数分のロケーションは便利。部屋の広さ、設備、清潔感も不満なし。緑地に接していて閑静。居心地よし。レセプションのスタッフの対応も好感。

I stayed one night and selected the hotel based on its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice for that, although there is some road construction going on directly around it which made rolling one’s bag a little more difficult than it would normally be. The hotel is a little “tired” but very clean well maintained. Good bed and very decent bar/restaurant. Not a hotel I would recommend for exploring Bristol over several days; but a great location for ease of train travel. The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful.

Great value, rooms are relatively basic but it’s got everthing you need for a short stay.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel. The location is nice and close to the train station. No frills here, though I do appreciate 24hr room service. While it is well maintained, it could use a bit of an update.

The location is convenient, not far from train stn, can go by walk ard 15 mins. The staff are helpful, fixed my request very fast. Moreover, can reach at most of tourist areas by walk from hotel.

Brilliant for kids with the kids games in the reception area and they loved their sofa bed! On a nice quiet road with a Greggs, Subway, pub, shop and coffee shop. Close to city centre too! Cheapest price I could find in Bristol for bank holiday weekend too! Parking was excellent, we found an EV charger in the car park under the hotel straight away and charged the car up so fast. Thank you!

Stayed for 4 nights, staff were very welcoming. It’s right in the centre of Bristol so it’s the perfect place where you don’t need to drive around you can simply walk. Prices were great except having to paying for parking. We paid £64 for 4 nights to keep our car there which I thought was a bit excessive. But overall a very good place and will definitely be back again to stay.

Went to Bristol for the Gigantic all dayer and this hotel was ideal as it was only a 10-15 minute walk away

The room was roomy and comfy, but there were some dusty spots on the surfaces in both the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning staff could definitely use some more care . I was a little startled to find something curly and hairy on the bathroom counter when I checked in , but it turned out to be just an old eyelash. Additionally, the bath towels were old and stiff. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold, sweet and savory options to suit everyone’s preferences.

Bad smell throughout the corridors. Very dated. Staff at bar were rude. I liked that there was a water fountain to fill your bottle.

Hotel razoável para a relação qualidade preço. O hotel está bastante velho e a precisar de ser renovado. os lençóis que puseram no berço da nossa bebé estavam furados, a alcatifa do quarto muito velha. o quarto era grande mas todo ele precisava de um refreshment. não tenciono voltar. prefiro pagar um pouco mais e ficar num hotel mais bonito e confortável.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof unf Innenstadt. Anständig grosses Zimmer und Badezimmer. Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Breakfast and bar are good. Rooms a bit bland and stuffy. Overlooked some bins that were filled / emptied late at night or really early morning.

We had the evening 3 course packag. Whereas the choice was limited, the quality of the food was good. Same for the breakfast.
