Good services and near public transportation

yeah all of the staff are not friendly. argh never come back again.

Adequate room and furniture. The hot water was intermittent in my room. However, its a good deals to have a hotel close to the main train station.

I would say, the price is not equal what I get. The room was ridiculously small, they even gave me a single room whereas my booking was for 2 persons. when I stayed there, they have a leaked on the main pipe, so there was no water for several hours. They gave us free breakfast with water dripping from ceiling. Will never go back to Savoy!

Lokasinya sangat strategis persis di depan frankfurt hbf dan dekat dengan daerah muslim sehingga sangat mudah memperoleh halal food. Kami memesan kamar doubel, ukurannya cukup luas untuk 2 dewasa 1 anak dan 1 bayi, kamar mandi di lengkapi bath tub, kamar bersih dan pelayanan sangat baik.

Good hotel in overall, excellent location and good service. Comfort a bit average.
