The location is close to the 405 freeway, making it convenient for going to both Irvine and the South Bay area. The room and facilities were clean and I had a comfortable stay.

Terrific mattress!

The staff was not helpful. There was a stain on the couch and some kind of mess on the wall.

I had a really tough travel day and didn’t get there till after midnight. They’d already checked me in and made the process as seamless as possible so I could go straight to bed. The room was clean, cool, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for the couple days I stayed.

They overbooked the hotel so the room we were supposed to get wasn’t available and we had to take a smaller room. We arrived later in the day so there wasn’t really any other option. Why offer a room if you don’t have it? It shouldn’t be very hard to coordinate what rooms are or aren’t available. Overall pretty dirty everywhere besides the lobby.

It's a nice place in a good location. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool is nice. Very polite and helpful staff.

Efren was so welcoming and hospitable. Made us feel right at home. Our room overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor breathtaking. It was a suite. We were both celebrating our birthdays and 13 years anniversary and Efren made our vacatining that much more memorable. We did not even want to leave our very Luxe Suite.We are definitely coming back next year. 5 Stars, Top Notch.
