基本的なサービスは良く、部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフは親切な人もいれば、そうでもない人もいます。依頼をしなかったからなのか、3室ともバスタブの無い部屋でした。スパは含まれていましたが、日本人としては、冬は部屋にバスタブがほしいです。また、朝食が含まれていなかった事に予約してから気づき、ホテルの変更を考えましたが、キャンセル不可でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も広く、レセプションの方も丁寧で対応がよかったです！部屋の設備もとても綺麗でした。スリッパや無料の水はなし。近くの駅は既にクローズされていたようですが情報がなく 地下鉄で2往復もしてしまいました（特急に乗ったのかと思いました）。シティやテルミナからは10-20ユーロくらいだったので、十分よい立地でしたし、何より部屋がとてもよかったので、また行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel is directly across from the US Embassy, so there is plenty of security in the area. Streets are extremely clean and well maintained. Restaurants are everywhere with no less than 4 hotel restaurants within a 3 to 4 minute walk. Next door to the hotel is a very nice Hard Rock restaurant if you want that for a meal or drinks. If you are looking for a typical cafe for cappuccino and pastries, down the street on the left side of the hotel is a great cafe. Very inexpensive and open all day but the pastries won’t last. If you ask the front desk they will give you directions. It’s about a 3 minute walk. If you want a great dinner, go to Trastevere area of Rome. If you can’t find a great meal there, then you need help…lol

Great location and OK overall but not really a 5 start hotel in terms of the facility, a fine 4 start hotel at best.

For the price, we paid 330 Euros per night, it was too expensive for the quality of the room.

There is a slight silverfish infestation in the room but bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was a poor choice for dinner by any standard. Breakfast was good, The elevator service was hopelessly poor. Two elevators that would only carry two people each. We asked for water several times, it never came. Their was a safety issue that directly led to a serious fall in the shower room, It is NOT a 5-star hotel.

Good location, quick walk to the gardens. Lots of very good restaurants around, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I can't say much about the food. The restaurant was just so so. Hotel is in a good location, though a lot has changed in the area. Staff were very friendly, no problems with the rooms, etc.

Great location and staff, limited restaurant choice

It couldn’t have been any easier, room was clean and bathroom is beautiful. The staff was a pleasure and made everything as smooth as can be.
