基本的なサービスは良く、部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフは親切な人もいれば、そうでもない人もいます。依頼をしなかったからなのか、3室ともバスタブの無い部屋でした。スパは含まれていましたが、日本人としては、冬は部屋にバスタブがほしいです。また、朝食が含まれていなかった事に予約してから気づき、ホテルの変更を考えましたが、キャンセル不可でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も広く、レセプションの方も丁寧で対応がよかったです！部屋の設備もとても綺麗でした。スリッパや無料の水はなし。近くの駅は既にクローズされていたようですが情報がなく 地下鉄で2往復もしてしまいました（特急に乗ったのかと思いました）。シティやテルミナからは10-20ユーロくらいだったので、十分よい立地でしたし、何より部屋がとてもよかったので、また行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

Kosar greeted us in the restaurant and was so kind a wonderful. We talked to her for while and she told us everything we needed to know. She was a great host. All the staff was great. The bellman were always willing to help. This is a gem of a hotel in a quiet area. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Great on site restaurant/bar!

The hotel was beautiful, the room’s patio view was nice. However, the room had a lot of ants roaming around and there was Cobb webs around the frames. The area of the location was nice, the female staff members had a flat affect over all. The men were very nice and helpful. The taxi pickup & drop off was easy.

The hotel was spotless, great location. I wanted to visit a nearby perfume store and a member of staff actually walked with me to the store. 5 star all around, no complaints

My husband and I decided to change hotels last minute and very happy that we did. This is a beautiful hotel offering comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast and an incredible spa experience. We enjoyed our stay, which allowed us easy access to historical sites in Rome by either walking, taking the bus or using the metro/subways which are located just around the corner.

Good location and staff were helpful. But ac unit leaked and there was a birds nest outside our window so it was very noisy at night. Walkable to Termini and also another metro station. Pretty close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Eating options in neighborhood aren’t too good.

Exceptionally helpful and gracious staff particularly the front desk staff including Manuele. Executive suite had a large terrace and amazing view of Rome. A great base from which to tour. Will definitely come again.

Clean Room and staff was friendly. Our room was so hot, even with the air containing running we did not sleep at all. Paid a lot of money to be so uncomfortable

Location, location, location. Although we only stayed for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The combination of the exceptional location, comfortable accommodations, and timeless elegance made it an easy choice for our next visit.

Everything was perfect and they helped arrange many things for me like renting out a vip bottle service at a popular night club and arranging many taxi's. They were very helpful.
