基本的なサービスは良く、部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフは親切な人もいれば、そうでもない人もいます。依頼をしなかったからなのか、3室ともバスタブの無い部屋でした。スパは含まれていましたが、日本人としては、冬は部屋にバスタブがほしいです。また、朝食が含まれていなかった事に予約してから気づき、ホテルの変更を考えましたが、キャンセル不可でした。

ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も広く、レセプションの方も丁寧で対応がよかったです！部屋の設備もとても綺麗でした。スリッパや無料の水はなし。近くの駅は既にクローズされていたようですが情報がなく 地下鉄で2往復もしてしまいました（特急に乗ったのかと思いました）。シティやテルミナからは10-20ユーロくらいだったので、十分よい立地でしたし、何より部屋がとてもよかったので、また行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

ヴェネチアの駅から橋を２つ越え、歩くこと１０分。 建物の入口は行き止まりなので、観光客が周辺で騒ぐこともなく、静かに過ごせる。 部屋はびっくりするくらい狭いがそれがベネチアンスタンダード？ 駅＝最寄のバポレット乗り場まで徒歩１０分。サンマルコ広場まで徒歩４０分程度。 宿泊客の日本人率は高い。サービスも良く、清潔感はあるが割高だと感じた。 次回からベネチアではバポレット乗り場が近い安宿でも良いかと思った。

Great hotel and not too far from key places of interest. Staff is great.nnonly draw back is that hotel is located on busy street and both nights awakened by sirens of cops passing by.

Breakfast was good but could have been better. Only one choice of eggs: scrambled and at room temperature. No Italian cheeses offered. Easy over eggs would have been welcomed. Cappuccino could have been hotter. Service was excellent and the room was nicely decorated.

Room was ok. Fashionable but step up to bathroom was annoying. Septic system had a bad smell. Breakfast included was just ok. No eggs were available and it was two hours before breakfast ended. Overpriced for just an ok stay.

The hotel needs renovation and is really expensive for its standard. The pictures of the room did not match the pictures on hotels.com. The building was beautiful from the outside, but the contents of the rooms did not respect the age of the building. The hotel has a very good location.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is excellent and the bar and restaurant was great. There is a pool and spa for relaxing after a long day of walking around the city.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and towels soft. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful. It is close to high end shopping and the Spanish steps. It has a lovely lobby, but the wallpaper in the rooms could be updated. I do wish that there were cuter restaurants in the neighborhood.

The staff is wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect area, across the street from the American Embassy. It is safe, near transportation and beautiful!

The location could not be better, almost all centra historical locations in walking distance. Rooms not big but well appointed, mine had a lovely balcony. Staff kind, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended, I will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The hotel is beautifully located, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone was warm, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Manuel, who surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine in our room — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to coming back!

A nice hotel but probably would not be considered 5 star according to Australian standard. Having a balcony however is a luxury in Rome and that did not disappoint.
