Good breakfast, nice staff, close to a mall, but there were some shield bugs and lady bugs in my room and a stopper in the bathtub was broken.

家族で2泊しました。 レセプションやレストラン、バーのスタッフもとてもフレンドリー、快適に過ごせました。滞在中に息子のおもちゃを修理するのにドライバーが必要となりレセプションに尋ねたら、夜遅かったため、翌朝サービスマンに伝えると言ってくれ、翌朝になるとちゃんと申し継ぎがしてありました。サービスマンの男性も、手伝ってくれ、親切にしてくれて感謝です。

５泊でした。清掃は２日に１回程度でよいと思います。ベッドは２つありますが幅が狭い。 テレビは日本語での放送が聞けなくて（多分方法がわからなかったかも） 食事については毎日全く同じなので、５泊もすると飽きてしまいました。連泊の場合はもう少し工夫があってもよいのでは・・今回は観光がなかったのでブタペストの良さが十分わかりませんでした。

ビジネスで短い泊数であれば非常に快適。

建物は古めですが、中は改装されて清潔でした。全館空調が効いているので、暑い夏でも快適でした。カードキーを差し込むと照明が点くシステムですが、日本のビジネスホテルとは異なりコンセントは切れませんので、充電には便利。観光地からは離れているので、街の中心部に行くにはトラム61で北行き Deli 駅で地下鉄M2 に乗り換えるか、南行き終点Moricz Zsigmond korter で地下鉄M4かトラム6に乗り換える必要があります。ホテルに隣接しているショッピングモールにはスーパーもあり、割と便利です。

少し中心街から離れており、バスの駐車場を確保し易いこともあってか、日本人や中国人の団体バスツアー客に連日遭遇しました。ビジネス目的で落ち着いた環境を求める方には、この点、少し不満に感じるかも知れません。

ホテルの部屋やロビーも広々しており、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。新興オフィス街とショッピングモールに隣接しており、ビジネスで使うにはもってこいのロケーションです。

ホテルから徒歩数分の所にショッピングモールがあり、レストランやスーパーが入っているので便利です。また、高速道路にも直ぐに乗れるので、車で郊外の目的地に向かうような場合に非常に適した立地です。ホテルの設備やサービスも申し分なく、快適に過ごせるお気に入りホテルの内の一つです。

Great stay. Very quiet at night. Is out of the way, but straightforward to get onto the city

Das Hotel liegt nahe an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war okay für 4 Personen nur für Übernachtung. Das Bad hätte ein paar Reparaturen nötig.

Room service was worst they don’t come for anything.. ask for towels or anything water they just refuse to come .. worst customer service room service I have ever seen

Muy cercana a transporte público

I’m afraid I would not stay here again. Mixed service from staff for example one day the lifts weren’t working and despite big queues of people no member of staff went to tell them to use the service lift . (They had put up signs but not everyone could read the language). Also when the lift opened it was pitch black. The beds were never made up properly, literally the duvet pulled back over. Sheets were poor quality and scratchy. Our view wasn’t good at all. Food for breakfast was actually okay although they coffee machines produced about a tablespoon of coffee not matter what type you chose. On the positive the hotel is located close to public transport and does have some good facilities for families. There is a small pool and sauna but I never saw anyone working on the reception there. Oh one thing to be aware of - it’s located close to hospitals I think because the noise from ambulances and police was unbelievable some nights - if you go take ear plugs!

Far from main sightseeing

This hotel has everything you need for a slick and comfortable business trip.

Great location on the Buda side. Public transportation and shopping mall is just next corner.

Le falta mentenimiento básico y menor. Cosas fáciles de arreglar pero no le ponen foco al detalle. Los baños son lo que menos me gustó. Solo tienen regaderas de mano y no fijas , entonces en lo que te metes a la tina que es muy alta y no hay espacio y la regadera que se mueve para todos lados es un problemas ponerla a punto. Por lo mismo el agua de sale de la tina. Tan fácil q sería poner una regadera fija y quitar las tinas.

Apesar de próximo ao centro, o hotel é mal localizado e muito barulhento. O quarto é um forno, mesmo no inverno e, segundo a recepção, o ar condicionado estaria desligado por conta da estação. Mas ao final de nossa hospedagem descobrimos que em outros quartos o ar condicionado funcionava normalmente. Então foi apenas o desinteresse do time em atender a nossa demanda. Aparentemente farto, o café da manhã não tinha reposição dos itens.
