Good breakfast, nice staff, close to a mall, but there were some shield bugs and lady bugs in my room and a stopper in the bathtub was broken.

家族で2泊しました。 レセプションやレストラン、バーのスタッフもとてもフレンドリー、快適に過ごせました。滞在中に息子のおもちゃを修理するのにドライバーが必要となりレセプションに尋ねたら、夜遅かったため、翌朝サービスマンに伝えると言ってくれ、翌朝になるとちゃんと申し継ぎがしてありました。サービスマンの男性も、手伝ってくれ、親切にしてくれて感謝です。

５泊でした。清掃は２日に１回程度でよいと思います。ベッドは２つありますが幅が狭い。 テレビは日本語での放送が聞けなくて（多分方法がわからなかったかも） 食事については毎日全く同じなので、５泊もすると飽きてしまいました。連泊の場合はもう少し工夫があってもよいのでは・・今回は観光がなかったのでブタペストの良さが十分わかりませんでした。

ビジネスで短い泊数であれば非常に快適。

建物は古めですが、中は改装されて清潔でした。全館空調が効いているので、暑い夏でも快適でした。カードキーを差し込むと照明が点くシステムですが、日本のビジネスホテルとは異なりコンセントは切れませんので、充電には便利。観光地からは離れているので、街の中心部に行くにはトラム61で北行き Deli 駅で地下鉄M2 に乗り換えるか、南行き終点Moricz Zsigmond korter で地下鉄M4かトラム6に乗り換える必要があります。ホテルに隣接しているショッピングモールにはスーパーもあり、割と便利です。

少し中心街から離れており、バスの駐車場を確保し易いこともあってか、日本人や中国人の団体バスツアー客に連日遭遇しました。ビジネス目的で落ち着いた環境を求める方には、この点、少し不満に感じるかも知れません。

ホテルの部屋やロビーも広々しており、快適に過ごすことが出来ます。新興オフィス街とショッピングモールに隣接しており、ビジネスで使うにはもってこいのロケーションです。

ホテルから徒歩数分の所にショッピングモールがあり、レストランやスーパーが入っているので便利です。また、高速道路にも直ぐに乗れるので、車で郊外の目的地に向かうような場合に非常に適した立地です。ホテルの設備やサービスも申し分なく、快適に過ごせるお気に入りホテルの内の一つです。

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful. They have a lot of amenities, gym, sauna and pool. Had a massage, nothing fancy, but very good. The hotel was very clean as was our room, but the hallway carpet was disgusting. Maybe time to replace it. Breakfast buffet was lovely a lot of variety and fresh food. A disadvantage is there is not much within walking distance.

this is hardly a 4 star hotel! old, stains everywhere, changed a couple of sad looking rooms, to end up in a same thing! If you have standards, look elsewhere

Washroom were terrible. Over all room were not that clean either.

Constant ambulance sirens noise almost round the clock was a total headache.

Very old hotel with very old rooms and dirty carpets. Unlike the usual Novotel chain hotels around Europe. Cleanliness was poor too!
