Leave foods on the table, small ants has been gathered within an hour, so eating in the room is not recommended.

Very clean , the room fantastic , the staf wonderful . I recomend this hotel

Was kind of skeptical based on the reviews but I had a great experience overall . Clean and quiet environment. The one thing I like most was house keeping came everyday !

Great customer service. The breakfast was delicious.

The room had an odor. We didn’t expect to pay for our breakfast when all the other hotel was free!!

They charged me additional fees. Also, I traveled with two seniors and was given only one room with one bed, when I had purchased a room with two beds because there were three of us.

Stay was ok; but cleaning crew in the morning will not let you sleep in. They will start slamming doors and talking freaking loud in front of your window. If you are a early person it should be fine. Otherwise brace yourself for the loud cleaning crew.

We found BIG cockroach twice in our room! It was VERY traumatic. The pool close to early (9:30.pm)

Three main issues. The toilet stopped up and even after they came to fix it it still drained really slow after flushing. Secondly, the curation didn’t cover the window entirely so there was light in it took all night from the parking lot lights. Third, when the air confining ran it triggered our allergies. The bed want really comfortable either. We’re both had a terrible nights sleep and wouldn’t visit this property Shaun

Was an older hotel, but was acceptable and we had no issues.

The AGM Andre told me I could not take my breakfast to go. I stay here once a month. And I do this every time. I take my breakfast to my office. Keep in mind I had breakfast for 2 included with my room and I am one person. He told me it was policy. I asked another person that works there and they said that is not a policy. They have to go containers for a reason. He was unprofessional and I will never be back here!!! He should be more worried about the screaming people in the pool or the person smoking pot in the room that billows into the hallways. Just not a classy place to begin with but I guess it starts at the top. Thankfully no one else that works there got their training from him cause they are pleasant.

I informed front desk the keurig coffee maker stopped working 4 times before being replaced. The shower drywall and base board behind toilet was water discolored and likely molded. Did not clean the room twice.
