ウェルカムシャンパンも嬉しかったし、スタッフの対応が優しく素晴らしかった。 ただ残念だったのが、２泊目の歯ブラシがなかったのと、バスローブ、タオルの交換をして欲しかった。

ハーバービューのキングルームに泊まりました。 チェックインして部屋の扉を開いた瞬間にカーテンが自動で開いて最高の景色が見えました。 素晴らしいの一言です。 スタッフのサービスも非常にレベルが高い。 ただただ満足です。 City中心部ではなくダブルベイという選択肢からもアジア人はほぼ皆無。 欧米的なホリデー用のアコモデーションです。 スタッフの方も日本語英語には慣れてないと思うので英語が不得意な方は事前にホテルにメッセージを送っておくといいと思います。 近くのイタリアンもおいしいです。 私はイタリアンでワインを飲んで最高の景色を楽しみながら部屋のバルコニーでピザを食べましたが現地の方曰くホテルのレストランも最高らしいです。 週末は欧米的な風習のまま周囲はパーティーだらけですのでそれが楽しめない方にはうるさいかもしれません。 ルーフトップバーも最高で、夏の天気の良い日は絶対に行くべきスポットです。 午前中はバーは開いておらず水のセルフサービスのみです。 プールや日光浴、読書を楽しむ方が集まります。 是非混じって欧米的なリラックスホリデーを楽しんで欲しいホテルです。 ランドリーサービスは午前9時までにExpressで出せば当日18時以降にピックアップ出来ます。 そこそこの値段はしますが荷物を減らせるメリットの方が大きいと思います。 パーカー、デニム、Tシャツ3枚、下着靴下で120ドル程度でした。

清潔感がありサービスもとても親切に対応してくれます。ダブルベイ周辺はもちろん、シドニー中心エリアへのアクセスが良く、徒歩圏内にはカヘェやレストランが並び、静かに滞在する事が出来ます。

かいてきに過ごせます。

4日間滞在しましたが、2日目から浴槽がざらざらでした。おそらく掃除していません。毎日のベットメイキングも非常に雑に感じました。駅からは坂道だらけで徒歩15分かかり、疲れました。

Lovely location, Ferry few minutes walk at the Bay. Nice and quiet, restaurants and shopping. Great Hotel and excellent staff. Fabulous Breakfast included.

For the price paid, the room condition could have been better but the celebratory cake was a nice touch. Considering the hotel is supposed to be five stars, they should be doing regular maintenance on their lifts considering it took waiting for 5 minutes for one door to close.

Absolutely one of my favourite hotels. Always love staying. Prime Double Bay location. Faultless experience. Roof top pool is stunning.

My only suggestion is to have a selection of pillows. They were so hard and very uncomfortable which meant not a great sleep unfortunately

The hotel is the best and close to everything I used valet parking and the staff were great Geena the concierge was amazing, friendly, helpful and could you please inform the hotel of my comments. Staff like her are hard to come by nowadays.

Nice hotel but a little dated and lacks any vibe.

We attended a wedding at the Hotel and I booked two rooms for my husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law for the night rather than travelling home after it finished. It was a wonderful stay - our room was spacious with a view into the beautiful internal courtyard. The marble bathroom is huge with a separate toilet which was appreciated. Lighting and access to mirrors was great - I am short and very short sighted and often mirrors in hotel bathrooms are too far away for me to see properly when doing makeup. The large mirror in the bathroom extended to the side which meant I could both access and see! There was also a good mirror in the room so I could see full length when I dressed. The wedding g was held in the Grand Ballroom and it was a wonderful venue and a very happy night. We used the Wilson carpark downstairs which was very convenient. Staff at the reception desk were welcoming and organised an earlier checkin for us which we were grateful for. A gracious hotel in the heart of Double Bay.

The Intercontinental Double Bay is a lovely old hotel in a great part of Sydney. The rooftop bar and pool area is small but very nice on a hot day. Staff are excellent and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.

Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to accomodate for a busted AC in our room which was much appreciated
