夜間の外出も不安無く環境的には良かった。 WIFIフリーとなっていたが、部屋で使うには２４時間 ３０ペソ支払わなければならず、フリーのWIFIをロビーでやっていたが、ネットのつながりが悪かった。 テレビはノイズで観られない状態の日は数日あった。備え付けのヘアードライアーから煙が出て焦げ臭いにおいがして内部が赤くなりフロントにいったら、しばらくして新しい機器と交換してくれたが、事前に ドライアーの状態のチェックが無かったのか疑問を感じた。

The room was very dark with no natural light, and the window faced directly into the wall of the neighboring building. The Wi-Fi was also very unstable, and the front desk staff were unable to assist. As a result, I missed an important work meeting. Breakfast very basic.

Good staff and location , rooms are small , double beds are not American size , very basic breakfast, take in consideration that in Argentina people are not used to have breakfast not in the American conventional way .

En mi salida mi hicieron un cobro de impuesto que no supieron explicarme a que se debía; impuesto que no me cobraron en 2 hoteles ( de mayor categoría) en donde estuve hospedado previamente. No fue el impuesto por noche que cobra la ciudad. No me volvería a quedar en el Wilton

Property is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within steps of it. Hotel room itself was nice but felt older and dated decor wise. Pillows were very soft. Air conditioner was a bit loud and windows had a weird shutter it from of them preventing me to see outside. Room has a large shower-bathtub, toilet and bidet. Room has a good size refrigerator and safe. WiFi worked well without problem. There was a small breakfast available included with the room but was very small. Hotel had 24 hour front desk staff. No currency exchanging service onsite. Within steps of the tourist landmark El Ateneo Grand Splendid theater converted into a bookstore. Great value for the rate and location. Would stay again and recommend.

Good place To stay

Muy linda experiencia. Solo estuvimos una noche, en familia pero la recepción de Sergio como también de su hermano Marcos, en diferentes horarios, marca la excelente predisposición de su gente. Habitaciones lindas, cómodas, quizás los aires acondicionados un poco ruidosos pero solo para personas como yo que no conciliamos fácilmente el sueño, desayuno excelente, cenamos y almorzamos afuera por visitar lugares pero a la próxima que estemos de vuelta por ahí, cenaremos o haremos almuerzo para probar la gastronomía del hotel. Zona segura, agradable a la visita, con lugares cercanos como el increíble cementerio de la recoleta para conocer. Sin duda alguna, volveremos. Saludos.

Me dieron la habitación incorrecta, después me cambiaron a otra donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El personal de la recepción muy poco amable. No recomiendo este hotel

Buena ubicación y hotel razonable

Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Hotel muito bem localizado e com vários restaurantes bons no entorno. Equipe do hotel atenciosa. Nos ajudaram com passeio e transfer.

Hotel que no califica 4 estrellas, personal muy eficiente y amable Instalaciones han quedado un poco viejas .Cargos adicionales que no figuran en la página de Hoteles.com . Cobran IVA (21 % ) que no estaba en la página. Cobran El parking caro .( noche) por lo cual precio calidad termina al mismo precio de un hotel de más categoría. No lo recomiendo

Everything was very goog except for the air conditioner equipment. It is very old and noisy. The rest was excellent.

Wilton Hotel is very outdated. My room had cracks on the wall, the ceiling near the light had something that looked like mold. The carpet is old and stained. But the worst thing of all was the AC, that thing was so loud i couldn’t turn the tv on or sleep. On the other hand, The bathroom was very clean and i had toiletries replenished every day, but the towels were very old and thin. Breakfast was very simple, medialunas, bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs. The stuff was very helpful snd friendly. Overall this hotel needs a lot of improvements.
