海に面したデラックスルームを予約しました。 部屋からの展望は最高でした。 トイレ、テレビも2つあるなど、問題なしの広さでしたが、 テレビではYouTubeの電波が少し弱くて止まったり、 蛇口によって水が出づらい部分があり、設備は気になるところがありました。 最終的には、日本語を話せるスタッフや、映画でももてなしをしてくれる対応に感激して、総合では最高にしました。

スペインのホテルでは、こも割とそうであるが、客室にゴミ箱が少ない トイレの中しかないケースも良くある。 ただ、今回の様な150㎡以上もある部屋では非常に不便である。

最上階のペントハウスにはたまにある事だが、とにかく湯の出が悪く、チェックインしてすぐにシャワーを浴びたいと思う人は多いと思うが、非常に困った。 また他のスペインのスイートもそうであったが、ゴミ箱が一つしかないのも非常に困る。７０㎡ぐらいの部屋であれば、あまり気にならないが、150㎡を超えてくると非常に面不便。 ティッシュペーパー等も一つしかなく、ちょっとしたものを拭くためにもわざわざ洗面台まで取りに行き、そのごみを捨てるのにまた洗面所まで戻るというありさま。 今回初めて山側の部屋だったが、裏が高速で結構騒音が気になる。特に夜中のバイク音がひどい。オーシャンビューの方がおすめ。 スタッフは若くてこぎれいな女性が多くて良いのだが、どことなく素人っぽく教育が行き届いていない。何かを頼んでもなかなかこない。私が話した子はインターンだと言っていた。

眺めもとてもよくて、リフレッシュできました。

素敵なホテルでしたが、海側でなかったので、景色が微妙でしたが設備等も良く、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。アメニティで歯ブラシなどあると尚良かったです。

24階に泊まらせて頂きました。窓からは左は街で、右は海という部屋でした。従業員の方の対応がとてもよく、さすがと思いました。 ただ、泊まれるのであれば、Wホテルやヒルトンの方が眺めが最高だと思いますよ。

毎年、家族の誕生日に1週間ほど滞在しています。 毎年お祝いの言葉を頂いていましたが、 クラブフロアに宿泊したのに一言もお祝いの言葉が無く 気持ちの問題ですが残念に思いました。 ５つ星ホテルで言葉すら無かったのは多分今回が初めてです。

海の近くで部屋からの眺めが最高。プールもリゾート感あり広い。バルセロナの中心街から離れているのが心配だったがタクシーで移動するので問題なかった。また泊まりたいホテル。

ホテルのスタッフが親切で対応が親切だった。宿泊中に何度も声かけをしてもらい親しみを感じた。日本語の対応があればもっと良い。

素晴らしいビーチ、バルセロネータの中心にあり、環境は抜群。部屋（シービュー）からの景色は最高でした。 ホテルから歩いて2分くらいでビーチに行ける。近くにレストランもたくさんあり、食事には困らない。またホテル内のレストランも非常に良い。 私は現在バルセロナに住んでおり、1年間が過ぎた記念で家族と宿泊。そのことをたまたまホテル内のレストランでスタッフの方に伝えたら、デザートプレートにチョコレートでメッセージ付きでお祝いのサービスをしてくれ、感激。そして朝食でも同じようにお祝いのサプライズプレートが。ゲストをもてなす対応が本当に素晴らしかった！

去年あたりに女性用のミストシャワーとプールの上にあったベット付きのテラスが無くなってしまった。 楽しみにしていた施設が取り除かれて残念。

Great location, amazing staff, amenities, service and concierge

We booked a week-long Expedia package to Barcelona to celebrate my 50th birthday with my 79-year-old mum and two sisters. * **The Room (1509):** Spectacular! Incredibly spacious, beautifully renovated corner room with fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia, great blackout blinds, and an amazing bathroom. The hotel also left lovely birthday touches like balloons, rose petals, and sparkling wine. * **The Arrival:** Despite requesting twin beds twice via Expedia, we were allocated king beds on separate floors (15 and 25). Andrea at reception was fantastic and moved us both to the 15th floor, though we had to keep the king beds, and room 1508 took a while to be ready. * **Service:** A bit hit-and-miss for a 5* hotel. Housekeeping and turndown repeatedly lacked Earl Grey tea (once sending green tea after a long wait), and our empty wine bottle/tray sat in the room and hallway for a day before clearance. However, staff at the entrance, pools, restaurants, and concierge were all wonderful. * **Facilities:** Major construction is ongoing (though it was very quiet). The adults only pool is very small, leaving the family pool incredibly crowded. Overall, a lovely hotel with stunning rooms that just needs minor fine-tuning on the room service details!

As soon as myself and my son arrived at hotel arts Barcelona we were made to feel like kings the staff were fabulous and escorted os to the club lounge for free food and drinks they also presented us with some gifts Which was a great touch.the club lounge manager then took us to our room which on arriving at the door the beautiful lady on the inside and out told us that the hotel had upgraded us to club suite which as just been newly renovated it was with our doubt the best room and beach view I have ever seen and been in just wow..thank you hotel arts for the best few days in Barcelona ever ❤️

The staff made the trip incredible. Very attentive to our needs and playful with our 7 year old The rooms were recently upgraded and very comfortable for a family of 3. Will book here again on our next trip

This hotel was amazing from start to finish....I cannot say enough about the staff starting at the top all the way down. It sure is nice to come to a hotel where everyone is working to make your experience fantastic. The manager started from the beginning emailing me about our arrival date, the front desk wasted no time getting us our rooms and the concierge desk is FANTASTIC. Wiling to help daily until 11pm each night. Amazing... Thank you for a lovely stay
