Not bad for a budget hotel. We were next to the stair door which was slamming all night.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. Few times a year. Very nice staff very convenient location and the pool is great! The coffee is really good too. I do wish there was a microwave in the room.

One night stay. Hotel has been completely updated. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Location is very convenient to local attractions, Foxwoods and RI. We would definitely book there again.

Great location for our needs, pet friendly, pool was decent, overall basic good accommodation.

Long wait cuz computer down no room key for 6 hours. Staff were great and dealt with it best they could. No coffee in room. Hair conditioner container empty. Otherwise clean and comfy bed. Did not use amenities.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated. The location is convenient to Olde Mystic Village and the interstate. I would stay here again.

Stairway doors on 2nd floor closed very loudly (loud slamm sounds) when used by others which is heard easily at nite in our room when trying to sleep. Needs attention.

Definitely not the Hilton flair that’s for sure! It is a Motel 6 style stay attempting to pass as a low end Hilton. Rooms are small bathrooms tiny. We had a broken light switch for 3out of the 4 days and room service never showed up. Breakfast was minimal and the coffee was not good. As a Hilton Gold member I was not impressed.

Our stay at spark was great! We stopped for the night as we were passing through and it is in a great location! Very convenient to shops and downtown Mystic. The only negative was how easy it was to hear others through the walls. At times it was like I was in the room with the people next to me. If you are on the first floor, you can hear every step above you as well.
