パリに来た際はまた泊まりたい

いちいち書きたくない。最近のサポートのひどさに面倒

シャンゼリゼに近くて、パリ祭のパレードを観るのにとても便利でした。 また、他の町へ一週間程宿泊し、また戻って宿泊する旨を伝えて、大きい方のスーツケースを預かって頂き、大変助かりました。 お部屋も、重厚感のある家具で、素敵でした。 また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思います。

素敵なお部屋だったのですが、お風呂の排水具合がとても悪くて排水が完了するまで20分くらいかかりました。一人での旅行の場合はそれでも良いのですが、お友達と一緒だったので、二人がお風呂を完了するのに随分時間がかかってしまったのが残念でした。

チェックイン時の急かすような男性の態度に嫌な予感がしたが、その後は問題なく快適に過ごせた。バスタブの栓が2度壊れ排水できなくなったが、2回とも直ぐに対応していただいた。概ね評判通りの快適なホテルでした。

朝食が美味しかった。

It was my second stay after nearly 10 ears ago. That beautiful deco was always same but updated with Rain shower and free Wifi in the room, etc. The room is not quite spacious to stay in all day long, while it is very much calm for the best location to go around.

チェックインして、部屋に入ると、髪の毛などがカーペットに多数こびりつき、長期間掃除していないのかと思うほどでした。 ただ、丁寧に清掃するようにお願いすると、当然ですが、きれいにしてくれていました。 他のレビューにもありましたが、リネン類に少し異臭を感じました。 お湯の出も不安定でした。 ロケーションはジョルジュⅤの通りから一つ入った便利且つ、静かなところで良かったです。 部屋の清掃の件を除くと、まあまあかと思いますが、上記も含め、細部で気になる点が多かったので、相応の価格設定であることを考えると、細かなことが気になる人にはお勧めできません。

パリのホテルは高くて狭いのが常ですが、このロケーションで格式高く、この価格はリーズナブルと思います。また利用したいホテルです。

Great Location!! Wonderful room & staff

Excellent location to catch the Hop On bus to see the sites. Located very close to Arch. Very accommodating staff to answer questions and help with taxis pick up. Only downfall was the shower. We had water everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff should get bunches of gold stars not only 5! Everyone was EXCELLENT! They made us feel very welcomed! I would recommend this very quaint and personable hotel to everyone!
