ゲートウェイ マルコ ポーロ ホテルに 2 回滞在しました。「コンチネンタル デラックス ルーム (コンチネンタル クラブ ラウンジ アクセス付き)」と「スーペリア ルーム」の両方に宿泊しました。両方の部屋を比べると、まったく違うホテルのように感じます。景色と広さだけの違いだろうと思っていましたが、驚いたことに部屋の仕上げもかなり異なっていました。スーペリア ルームの 1 つには、ベッドサイド テーブルが 1 つしかありませんでした。ハーバー シティ モールに直結していて、あらゆるものが集まる中心にあるため、ロケーションは最高です。また必ず泊まりますが、デラックス ルームを予約します。デラックス ルームは、まったく違うので。

Pro: Very good location, which is connected to Harbour City mall with a lot of branded retails. Easy access to nearby areas as well. Room size is huge for Hong Kong standard. It comes with a huge bathroom as well. They are clean. It was a typhoon during our stay and we were glad that the hotel was giving out umbrellas for each guest! Con: Unfortunately, only queen size bed was given although the room is big. And the bed is very hard and I can feel the spring! It's a shame that a 4-star hotel is giving such poor quality bed, as good as a motel kind of bed or even worse.

Very nice hotel and great hospitality. Servicess was great and helpful. We'll be back to this hotel for next visit.

First night was smoking room. We requested for nonsmoking double bed rooms. It took us 1 hour just to check in to the hotel.
