My stay at this hotel was comfortable and satisfying! I would like to thank the staff for their kind service.

空港近くと言う事で選びました。 ホテルそのものはすばらいし、少しのドリンクやスナックは売ってますが、近くに歩いて行ける店が何もないので、散策がてら買い物は出来なくて、少し不便でした。

The rooms are dated and need love!

The hotel is very nice and clean. A little noisy due to construction and our room was near the elevator so a little bit noisy. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

People are so friendly. Great entertainment in every pub

Nothing particularly bad but nothing particularly good. Outlets were worn. Sink had a tendency to back up. One morning housekeeping walked into the room despite a do not disturb.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the extras that were offered with Crown Service. The breakfast buffet had high quality offerings: the chia seed pudding was a tasty discovery. Anna stood out as a fine server. Dining at Gio was an exceptional treasure as a hotel restaurant. This comfortable hotel contributed greatly to our wonderful stay in Halifax.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of a number of attractions. There are a number of very good dining options within easy walking distance as well.

Nice room

The sauna didn’t feel very warm. The pool guy cleaned the pool then we went in directly after and could use our fingernail to scratch the dirt from the tile

Very appreciative that they gave us an upgrade to the 6th floor that had a lounge with snacks. Great location and parking garage.

The whole process was smooth and simple. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were so comfortable, we needed that after the previous place! Very convenient to restaurants and the boardwalk area, very helpful front desk staff and cleaning staff. My only complaint…no bar of soap to be seen and no soap option in the shower?!! We don’t usually wash with shampoo! And almost impossible to get soap out of the wall container by the sink. Just one bar of soap would do it!
