Waited in line with for 20 minutes at 4 pm only to find out our room wasn't ready. We did not get into our room until 5 pm, far cry from the 3 o'clock check in. Elevator was out of order, you need to hire more staff the people you have now are run off their feet. I have stayed at 50 + hotels and have never had a ordeal like this. Unless things change I would not be recommending staying at your hotel, I have alot of people I know from Telus, Canadian Armed Forces and Telecon Design who stay in hotels quite a lot.

Horrible, the staff was quite unhelpful at every interaction. They did not answer the phone for the front desk. We ordered towels that never came. There was a gap beside the air conditioner that we could see outside from. The air conditioner did not even work so it was just a block for the hole in the wall. The pool had a black ring around the water line. The elevator broke the first day we were there and we were on the top floor. They gave us 2 vouchers for the continental breakfast for our family of 4 on our 2 night stay, only to be yelled at that we needed one for each person. We left and bought breakfast, as it was in a packed tiny room with a small handful of options. The room smelt horribly like smoke. The rooms are TINY and outdated. We will never book another travelodge.

I would give 4 stars but the breakfast was over ran. Cereal dispencers were empty. Juice dispenser only had orange juice left. The waffle line up was hard to work around... very little value in the breakfast. On the bright side the kids had a great time in the pool and water slide. The staff were very helpful.

We got the room with breakfast and they told us the breakfast started from 6:00 till 10:00 am all my kids went down stairs at 9:15 am and it was nothing they’re asked them for cereal and eggs and for some thing else they said we run out we don’t have we stand in the line up for the pancakes they said sorry its also run out my kids left me and my husband got coffee and we sets on the table it was 9:55 am they said everyone go out off the cafeteria because they want to close I went to the front desk to complain they told me oh sorry we run out of everything there’s no delivery because it’s holiday! So not I’m the only one I was complaining the should refund us som money I paid $ 333.00 dollars I reserved 3 rooms me and all my family they will never forget this hotel so please try if you can refund some amount for me

Where to start from the moment i walked in it was not good at all. the general manager messaged me after booking threw expedia saying deposit on credit card then check in person tried charging me double. Then the elevator was out of order and they put me on the 3rd for with a baby and 4 other children causing me to spend an hour doing the stairs to get the kids and stuff upstairs. We got upstairs to find 4 extremely worn out sunk in dirty mattresses. There where no nobs on the lamps 1 had a screw in it to turn and was extremely dangerous to put in a room to begin with let alone around children. So annoyed with the whole thing already i took my kids to the pool where my daughter got cut on her toe so we went to the front desk where we where told there was no bandages when i got frustrated and went to walk away i was called back and given a gause pad. Later around supper i asked for coffee for in my room and i was told no they ran out for the day but would have more by 7am so i didnt get any.The fridge didnt work and my milk was spoiled by morning. went down for what was suppose to be a full breakfast to find there was only waffles+ very little ceareal + plain bread so i then waited 1.5hrs in line to make them waffles to be told only 1 per person so i didnt even get to eat as i had to give my child mine to make sure they had enough, juice machine was out of order we went to the pool before check out and where ingnored for 2hrs over towels so we can leave and had to get mad

Good things - the beds were comfortable, there were no bed bugs, the staff at the reception was friendly, the bathroom was pretty clean. The room for the price was ok. Bad things - the hot tub was dirty and the whole pool are needs updating. The worst - breakfast. The lady who works there guards the food with her own life. There was hardly any selection. Just bread and jar of peanut butter. They even run out of cereal, not that there was a big choice anyways. No jam, no fruits, no proteins. They had yogurt, but you need to ask the lady about it. The juice machine was out of service, they only had orange juice that tasted like water. Only one, old waffle maker that you need to que to use for an hour. No thanks, we went to A&W. Overall, if you just need a cheap place to sleep, its ok, otherwise, i wil not recommended. There are many other hotels nearby that are also affordable and better option.

Staff are rude or disrespectful when making requests, especially at continental breakfast. The room keys needed to be redone every time we left the room. The elevator was out of order and we wete on the 4th floor making outings extra strenuous. Thankfully those pleasant staff made us geel welcome and valued.

The room was good. The staff were nice. The environment was very clean. The downfall to the stay was the continental breakfast, or lack thereof. We managed to get a coffee and piece of dry toast. And the staff attending the breakfast was rude, lazy, and had complete disregard for any customers or their requests. The juice machine was out of order. The coffee was sparse, there wasn't any condiments for toast, no cereal no fruit no muffins, no bagels. We were told NO when asked for jam or peanut butter and treated rudely and then dismissed us from the room. We went for breakfast all 3 days here and thats how breakfast went all 3 days.

Elevator was broken and we were in the 5th floor. Sink was dirty. Not all the plug in’s worked. Toilet ran on and off. Breakfast was poor and the staff in it was rude to guests.

Where the air conditioner was in the wall you could see outside and cold air from the wind outside was coming through the holes in the wall! Went downstairs for breakfast at 9:00am and there was basically nothing to eat managed a bagel and a glass of orange just as that was all that was left and orange juice was bitter!! Weeny down next day at 6:00 and it was the same!! No food for your breakfast truly disappointed!! Spoke to front desk and they basically shrugged their shoulders and stated they knew and nothing they could do!

The room wasn't in the best shape. The walls and furniture were heavily worn/damaged. The remote was damaged. Everything appeared to be dingey and dirty. The pillows smelled like old body sweat. The breakfast was lack luster even for a continental breakfast. There was 1 browning banana. An assortment of bread and jam. And waffles. The only good thing was the pool ans even the floor was quite dirty and there were lots of rings around the pools and hot tubs. If you dont mind extra cheap and cut corners this would be the hotel for you.

I stayed at Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton West while in Edmonton for a tournament. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I was assigned a room directly beside the hotel’s only elevator, and the noise throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. The room also remained quite warm despite adjusting the temperature. To their credit, management provided a partial refund and allowed me to cancel my second night without penalty. If staying here, I would strongly recommend requesting a room away from the elevator if rest is important.
