価格の割には建物も英国調で雰囲気がある。部屋にはボトルウォーターとコーヒーのセットが無料で提供される。場所も様々な観光スポットに近いが、このホテルの北側のエリアは治安がいまひとつなので注意したほうがよい。

伝統的な雰囲気と清潔さ、スタッフの好感度、大英博物館やオクスフォード通り、メリルボーン地区へも徒歩圏内であったり、ホテル周辺の素敵な複数のレストランの存在など、ロンドンでの４泊をこのホテルをベースにできたことは大変は幸運だったと思います。おそらく建築年数はそれなりに古いとは思いますが、ホテル設備は清潔にきちんとメンテナンスされています。また、朝食はコンティネンタルとイングリッシュブレックファーストの双方を選択できますが、コンティネンタルでも十分に満足することができました。近隣のレストランとは提携しており、１０％のディスカウントクーポンをホテルからもらうことができます。その他では、24時間対応のルームサービスや深夜まで営業しているバーラウンジなども非常に貴重です。

フロントもいつも笑顔で対応して頂き楽しい旅ができました。 ルームサービスを頼んで部屋番号を間違えたのですが、探して頂きまして日本人と伝えるととても歓迎してくれました。 私は片言の英語しか話せませんが、とても心地良い対応をして頂き泊まって良かったと思いました。

1番狭いタイプの部屋に宿泊したが、ノートパソコンを開ける幅の机が備わっており、スールケースを置けるスペースもあった。バスタブはなくシャワーのみ。お湯の温度が安定するまでに少し時間を要するが、熱いお湯も勢いよく出て快適だった。部屋のお掃除も、毎日丁寧にされていた。

Wifi 付いているとのことでしたが、有償でした。案内にはサービスの所に記載ありましたが、、、

駅までに距離が近く、周辺に多くのレスランやパブがあり、大英博物館等の観光スポットにも近く、非常に動きやすい場所にあるホテルでした。また、部屋も比較的広く、冷房も完備しており、サービスもよく朝食もおいしかったです。ホテル単価は日本と比べてお高いですが、ロンドン市内の他のホテルよりコストパフォーマンスがよく、また泊まりたいホテルです。

The hotel is a true hidden gem in central London. The room was recently renovated, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a quiet and relaxing stay despite the central location. Situated in Fitzrovia, it’s ideal for exploring Soho, the West End, and key London attractions, all within easy walking distance, while still being tucked away in a calmer, safe, and less crowded area. The hotel also offers excellent access to nearby public transport, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable boutique hotel in London.

Stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms, very nice indeed, a little small but it's London so I've come to expect that. Would stay again.

The room was beautiful, recently renovated with a deep bath tub. Room was spotless and blackout curtains were next level. Staff were helpful and welcoming. A great stay. Only comment would be that the lobby and lift felt a little dated, but the rooms are brand new. A great stay and I’d happily return.

It's a decent room for a cosy option, seems like a refurbished room which is nice. The location is great, but the lack of room service meant it was hard to find meals when I got home after 8pm from work. The cosy room also didn't have a coffee pod machine, and I had issues connecting to the internet on the 5th level. The service was excellent and they did their best to fix the internet for me, spending an hour really trying to find a resolution, so just had to use the internet downstairs in the lobby (which was very stylish and comfortable) I think this place is perfect for a holiday, but harder for work IMHO.

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Good value breakfast.
