This hotel should be removed from the site. Hotel was disgraceful. Reeked of smoke, stains on furniture in rooms, broken mirrors, stains on bedding, holes in the wall. Upon checking we were shown 3 room each one was more horrible than the next. When I complained hotels.com attempted to try and make me wait the 3-10days to get back my money for reservation leaving us stranded at hotel. Thank god I was able to speak to a manager that was able to get me and my family move to another hotel. When hotels.com calls to see if the hotel is going to penalize the guest for changing reservation should be changed because a lot of the hotel managers attempt to not answer the phone to assist in the guest book another reservation which is not best customer service practice or protects hotel.com customers.
