ホテルのシャトルが国内線ターミナルのみだったので、空港内の無料バスで国際線ターミナルに移動しなければならなかった。事前にその情報があったほうがよかった。乗り継ぎのため、一泊するには十分だった。

Based on the fact that the La Quinta has the Wyndom name on it I expected (not necessarily excellent but at least good) a better facility. I wouldnt even consider using the shower and the floor and carpeting were absolutely disgusting - there were so many stains on the carpet I literally was afraid to take my shoes off.

Property is being refurbished. Room was spacious but found dirty pair of underwear by nightstand. Wall in bathroom was in need of repair. Liked inside corridor access.

This La Quinta is not clean!!! From lobby to room. We discovered bugs in our room. Provided the property with pictures and videos. We asked to be moved, just to give some sort of opportunity to resolve. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that the only thing they could do was removed the clock where the bug was pictured from the room. This wasn’t suitable, as we didn’t come bugs so it wouldn’t be fair to leave with bugs. The property refused to give me my money. Expedia is barely assisting with getting my money back to the least I can do is share this horrible experience and steer others away from this “ROACH MOTEL”!!

The room was very dirty. There were cracks in the wall and you could see dirty handprints. The overhang above the front entrance where you check in looks like someone drove a truck into it. The shuttle to the airport looked and felt like it was going to break down at any minute.

The staff was friendly however the breakfast options were very limited and they never had juice available. Please get a juice machine that would eliminate rationale of juices.

This hotel should be removed from the site. Hotel was disgraceful. Reeked of smoke, stains on furniture in rooms, broken mirrors, stains on bedding, holes in the wall. Upon checking we were shown 3 room each one was more horrible than the next. When I complained hotels.com attempted to try and make me wait the 3-10days to get back my money for reservation leaving us stranded at hotel. Thank god I was able to speak to a manager that was able to get me and my family move to another hotel. When hotels.com calls to see if the hotel is going to penalize the guest for changing reservation should be changed because a lot of the hotel managers attempt to not answer the phone to assist in the guest book another reservation which is not best customer service practice or protects hotel.com customers. The first room smelled moldy. They then switched me to the room next door, which the door had been left wide open before my switch and until I went to the room. You can tell that the furniture was just painted to look decent but it wasn’t in good condition. Bed sheets worn. Bathroom caulk was peeling and in the corners was caked up with dirt. If my flight wasn’t cancelled, and I hadn’t had to find someplace to stay with my two children quickly, I would have never chosen this hotel. Looked good online but was not what it was.

I love how affordable the property is with so many great amenities like free breakfast, a pool and free WiFi. I was surprised at how clean the property was I will definitely be going back soon.
