Parking was horrible, elevators slow, charge you for incidentals no matter what, charge for parking when there isn’t hardly any parking in the very small and dirty parking garage. People park in two spaces leaving you to walk from the 4th floor. Toilet paper holder was awkward, towels dirty, weird smell in hotel

Nice property. Lobby was a little tight for number of rooms/guests but the room was great.

I will recommend anyone traveling to stop in very clean and edible food

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property on a whole can use an update. Property is outdated, but still quite clean. Parking is $18.00 per night which is quite expensive.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Convient to highways and restaurants. Will continue to stay when in Tampa

The property could use a deep cleaning. Our room smelled moldy. Breakfast was excellent and the airport shuttle was top notch.

The dining/breakfast staff was amazing and attentive. My only complaint would be the shower was leaking water through the wall next to the bed ( Room 1014)

Our suite exceeded our expectations. We received outstanding customer service from a young lady, whose name eludes me, but whose face I clearly remember. A family member arranged a Vegas trip through a Hilton representative. While the happy hour was enjoyable, the limited availability of cucumbers was noticeable. The pool was immaculately clean and well-maintained. We also made use of the workout room. The overall environment was remarkably quiet and clean.

2 Bedroom Suite is spacious and comfortable. Convenient to dining, shopping, downtown and Interstate 275. Staff is pleasant.

If you have a flight before 6 am shuttle doesn’t start until 6.

I like that the rooms were spacious. I didn’t like the lobby and hallway, they had bad smells. The lobby smelled like sewer water. And our floor smelled like mold as soon as you stepped out the elevator. I did buy a Febreeze spray for my room. I wanted my room to smell fresh.
