Great staff. Clean rooms.

No cable, no hot tub, poor staff service.

Nice big hotel. Tour groups use it. Nice staff, lots of parking. Niagara is a little scruffy, so this area is too.

Hwy place for a great price, the breakfast place had no food or anything though. Posted hours would help

Amazing stay super clean & staff were amazing. Our room was one of newly renovated ones & apparently missing some amenities (hairdryer, mini fridge). The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed when I called in a panic at 6:30 am. Great place to stay.

Good hotel but amenities were terrible. Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub was out of service. We went to the pool at 9:30am (pool opened at 8am) and there were no towels available. We didn’t get towels for almost 45 mins. Would not recommend or return.

Pillows are the worst compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Lumpy bumpy and hurt your neck kind of pillows. Seems to be a Comfort Inn thing which actually makes it NOT Comforting

Room was neat and tidy and made up every morning. Able parking….nice to have ihop restaurant right next door.

Plenty of free parking. Had an issue with the TV which was quickly corrected the following day. Staff were pleasant. All in all was a good stay for the money.

Hotel is close to many things however it’s dated. Rooms are quite run down, carpet was sticky, very dim lights. Beds were comfortable certainly get the minimum staying here. We stayed in non smoking and our room smelled of smoke and there was food left in microwave. We were moved rooms once we called to report it seemed the room had not been cleaned properly. It seems rooms available when booking with a 3rd party are limited. As I would have expected them to want to impress us after how we started our 3 day stay however it was not the case. Upon check out was also treated not as a regular customer in my opinion as it was said that we had already squared away with a 3rd party.

The hot tub was unfortunately out of order but the pool was excellent, the gym had just what I needed and the staff were phenomenal! I cant speak more highly of the staff thy were absolutely wonderful. We had an excellent stay.

Easy parking, quick check in, friendly staff, very reasonable rate. IHOP attached to the hotel is excellent, great service staff, only drawback is the meal prices…but that’s Niagara. For alternative breakfast options, check the Flying Saucer at Lundy’s Lane and Drummond. Would stay again for sure, highly recommend!
