Great location

Very tired property.

We anticipated a value hotel experience and we were not disappointed. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast menu was lacking. No juice, milk

The hotel provided a clean room. Not too many other amenities. Continental breakfast included coffee, muffins and apple sauce. Lots of free parking. Everything in the room in good working order.

Please bring back your continental breakfast!

Everything was very nice except the rooms do not carry hair dryers. Easy for a man but inconvenient for a woman. Room was clean but an much needed update would be nice.

Just the price

The checkin person was great and helpful through our stay. The bathroom sink leaked. The toilet took forever to fill and was cracked. Huge bug was on the wall. The people wholive there are creepy and loud.

Some smell in the room

Non reasponsive to complaints of harrasement from across rooms.... unfamiliar person yelling and threatening....

The maintenance guy is kewl and the coffee is good and they're good with late check outs.... better than the budget inn on lycoming creek road... less quiet tho. I like staying here... some of the ppl staying here are addicts and stuff tho so just be mindful and don't really hang out outside lol

Receptionist was fine when we checked in. Next day was the same lady and she was kinda rude. We were trying to check out and the crazy keycard thing would let us in to get our things. So we told the receptionist and she was trying to get someone to let us in but after a few times, my husband finally had to tell her that she needs to let us in. All we wanted to do was get our things and leave. Breakfast is what they told us it would be.

There was no area to walk pets. Very noisy people who live there

Man I am from chicago and work in the unfortunate areas of the city and I walked in to this place got on my phone and booked a different place. Yikes

Staff was very friendly

This property dates back to the 50s, and has not been updated since. The smoke detector was laying in front of the television set and even so it had no battery. The hallways and banisters were filthy and they did not offer any daily room maintenance.

This place was terrible. We were suppose to have king, non smoking room. Not only did stink of smoke had 2 double beds, about 30 flies and looked filthy. Place was totally booked with people who looked like they have been living there for a while.

The drapes were old and worn. They did not fit the window. The airconditioner was falling apart. The furniture was torn and dusty. The room and the linens all reeeked of cigarettes. My son woke in the morning with what we believe are bed bug bites on his arms.
