比較的広い部屋を申し込んだので、特に不満ない. 朝食込みで申し込んだが､質素で卵料理は追加8ユーロだが素人調理。朝食は最低部類で英語が通じないスタッフが多い。

Não era reposto os sabonetes e shampoo tinha que ir na recepção buscar ! As sras do café da manhã são muito atenciosas e atendem prontamente! Os travesseiros são maravilhosos! E a cama reconfortante!

Hotel is small and charming and on a fairly quiet street in a good location very walkable I thought I booked a double room for single use I got a small room below the sidewalk on the first floor a huge disappointment the web photos showed a totally different room a very nice one the hotel was full so nothing could be done I was moved into a different room the next day price $4-600 usd per nite the staff was pleasant but value was not what I expected but I still enjoyed my stay breakfast was extra but nice

After making check out, I received an email saying that they were gonna charge me a lot of euros because I ruined a lamp, I agree with part of my mistake when I washed my socks I Put them dryed it with a towel and place it on top of the lamp to finish dry, they told me that the whole lamp was ruined. The lamp was Not function from the begging of our trip , and the other thing that I didn’t liked is that the fire alarm sounds every time someone is smoking, so in four days of our stay, we got two days of files Alarm

Très agréable séjour au Chateaubriand Champs Élysées. Petit hôtel charmant, tranquille et extrêmement bien situé, à 2 pas de l'avenue des Champs Élysées, du café George V, de Louis Vuitton et du Fouquet's. Facile d'accéder à tous les attraits touristiques de la ville. Excellent petits déjeuners et service extraordinairement attentionné d'Olivia, qui nous accueille chaleureusement le matin. Les femmes de chambre font un travail minutieux et Bianca a vraiment surpassé mes attentes suite à une demande que je lui avait faite. Par contre, faites attention aux déjeuners inclus. Je savais que je ne les avais pas pris lors de ma réservation, mais à mon arrivée, le 24 février 2025, le monsieur à la réception m'a dit qu'ils étaient inclus. Je lui ai demandé de s'en assurer car je ne croyais pas que c'était le cas. Il m'a dit après avoir vérifié: "Ils sont bien inclus". Quelle surprise à mon départ de constater que tous mes petits déjeuners m'avait été facturés. J'y retournerais sans hésitation, mais j'inclurais les petits déjeuners au moment de la réservation, puisque c'eut été plus avantageux en ce qui a trait au coût. Cet hôtel est un excellent choix.

Razoável, como foi uma estada de última hora, nos deram um quarto ao lado da recepção e era a única opção, o banheiro era aberto para dentro do quarto, não tinha uma ducha, era uma banheira no canto do quarto com uma ducha de mão, bem incomodo, ao lado uma pia e apenas o toilette ficava reservado.

L'hôtel semble ok de l'extérieur mais il n'est pas très entretenu. Le papier peint des murs part en lambeaux, les moquettes sont vieillottes et ne sentent pas bon. La tentative de masquer les odeurs se solde par une horrible odeur chimique (désodorisant ? produit de nettoyage bon marché ?) insoutenable dans la chambre ; je n'ai pas pu rester, étant prise d'une crise de toux asthmatique à cause de l'odeur. Le réceptionniste m'a proposé d'aérer ... il aurait fallu laisser la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit, en janvier ! J'ai dû changer d'hôtel. Après avoir compris qu'il n'y avait pas de solution possible dans son hôtel, le réceptionniste a été aidant.

Hotel is old and beautiful, ye sit needs a few minor updates but the hotel has tons on character and charm, I’d stay here in a heart beat!

Very nice experience staying at this hotel. Nice bed with excellent pillows, clean room and flawless service. Good food at the restaurant as well.

Tenía duda antes de llegar por algunos comentarios que leí, sin embargo cuando regrese a Paris me vuelvo a hospedar aquí! Hotel muy lindo, habitación super grande para estar en París, baño muy buen tamaño!! Ubicación PERFECTA

Das Personal war nicht vorteilhaft. Ich habe meine neuen Nikeschuhe im Zimmer vergessen. Kurz nach 80 km ist es mir im Sinn gekommen und habe angerufen! Komischerweise habe ich jeden Tag 4 mal angerufen also nach dem 5 Tag haben Sie mir eine kurze knappe Mail geschrieben nicht gefunden!!! So eine bodenlose Frechheit, beim Checkout sieht man wenn man was vergessen hat - aber wie gesagt die haben es gefunden und behalten! Ich habe knapp 160 Franken Telefongebühr ausgegeben für keine Antwort!!! Immer das gleiche Manager ist nicht hier warten ich rufe sie zurück!!! Leere Versprechungen und Lügen! Paris?! Niemehr!!! Typisch das Befürchtnis was man im Hotel vergisst verkaufen sie es!

Hotel OK, teuer aber für die veraltete Deko und Ausstattung. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Erstmal kalt, dann dermaßen heiß dass es unmöglich gewesen ist mich zu duschen! Der Rezeptionist hat ein Preis Rabatt von n Aussicht gestellt, ich warte immer noch diese Rückzahlung! Ich bitte Expedia, so eine Entschädigung bei diesem Hotel anzufordern!

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from the Arc de triomphe. The staff were amazing, they were very willing to help in whatever we needed. I recommend the hotel and would stay there again.
