Though transportation access was great, the hotel facilities were quite old.

サンティアゴのホテルはたくさんありますが、特に治安が安定している新市街の中にあり、周辺もお店が多くておススメです。 日本で馴染みのスタバも近くにあります。 ホテルのスタッフはみんな親切でした。 次に来る機会があれば、また利用したい。

大使館などが近い閑静な場所なんですが、2〜3ブロック歩くと、繁華街や地下鉄の駅があり、ロケーションは抜群です。ホテル内の海鮮レストランも美味しいです。

ロケーションは非常に良い。地下鉄から数分、コスタネラセンターにも徒歩でも10ー15分。 大通りから一本入っているので静か、周りにレストランもあり。 ただ、ホテルは古い、約20年ぶりで泊まったが何も変わらず時間だけ経過。 従業員は一杯いるが誰もが無愛想、日本人だからか。残念。ドアマンやフロアの人が少しでも笑顔とおはようと言って呉れれば全く印象違うでしょう。

It was good to stay, 5 mins walk to Subway station, easy to access major sight in the city.Just missed smile at front desk, but their job is great.

ビジネス利用でしたが、一般的なビジネスホテルよりもはるかに落ち着けました。部屋には無料のワインもありありがたかったです。少し歩けば大規模ショッピングモールもあり立地も問題ありません。ビジネス街とも近く大変便利でした。

Many things didn’t go well. The front staff never acknowledge the arrival of guests and all look like they would rather be anywhere else The room is not cleaned properly - leaving dirty coffee cups and no towels for guests. The hotel is run down and the carpets are awful. And we are not able to get breakfast a little early - even an apple/banana when our tour is early in the morning. Nor will they deliver the breakfast to our room later despite having paid for it. Finally there is no water in the room and staff with not help us at least fill our water bottles in the dinng room before we head out early morning in the hot sun. This has been the worst hotel experience we have had staying in Chile and would not recommend to others. They have no idea what customer service is.

The hotel is very old and lacks maintenance. There is mold in the bathroom. The sink is open, so you really need to watch out to not drop anything in there. Cleaning services are inconsistent, sometimes you get one towel, sometimes more, sometimes you get soap (which by the way is the cheapest piece of soap I have ever seen), sometimes you don't even get that. People at the front desk and the restaurant get the job done, but they are not friendly at all, and one does not feel welcome. In particular the restaurant crew during breakfast, they do not great, they do not smile, they do not pick up dirty dishes as they become available, or offer anything. In one occasion they were preparing for a larger group, they moved things around making lots of noise, arguing, yelling... all that while guests were having breakfast. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Rent rum, trevlig personal, vi kunde lämna väskorna där efter utcheckning för att besöka Santiago.

Hotel excepcional. Quarto amplo e bem decorado, assim como o restante do hotel. Café da manhã super bem servido, e semelhante aos brasileiros. A piscina eu achei uma delícia, e a localização dele é ótima!

La habitacion muy buena. Excelente desayuno buffet. Muy buena,zona. Un detalle a veces quedaba perdiendo la mochilla del inodoro.
