総合評価とレビュー NH Collection Salamanca Palacio de Castellanos

大変綺麗で、場所も良く、静かで満足した。一方で、入り口入る際に階段があるのだが、スーツケースが大変重いのに、ドアマンの手伝いなどがいないのだけ少し残念だった。

外観は立派。夜9時前に到着したが、タクシーから降りると前には急な20段弱の階段あり。ポーターは いない。自分たちでスーツケースを運ぶ。4つ星では考えられない対応。さらにジュニアスイートというが、使いにくいことおびただしい。バスタブもない。

Hotel muy cómodo en la zona turistica de salamanca, el desayuno muy completo, lo unico que tendrian que mejorar son los baños que aunque son completos y limpios se han quedado un poco antiguos respecto a la habitación

Hotel NH Castellanos é muito bom, atendimento nota 10, quartos muito confortáveis e café da manhã variado. Ponto de melhoria: colchões são desconfortáveis. NH deveria consultar a rede Crowne para implantar os mesmos colchões, eles são referência do bom sono proporcionado ao cliente. Façam isso, por favor. Um cliente que dorme mal não volta ao hotel.

From the moment the doorman took our luggage and parked our car, we knew we were in for a treat. The front desk could not have been more helpful.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful area! The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet, even on a Saturday night. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable. Les aires communes de bon goût. Nous avions une suite avec vue sur les poubelles, un lit trop dur, literie de qualité moyenne, une chambre défraîchie. Ne vaut pas un 4*. En entrant le parfum est beaucoup trop intense. Une déception dans une superbe ville.

I specifically asked for a room with lots of light, and a big window, and that was the que room I booked. Initially i received a room without a window, only with a ceiling window.... very bad.... Than i went back to the atendant in the reception and asked for a better room. She gave me a room with a window of 1 feet x 3 feet! Than i gave up... If you need something from these hotel/ staff, probably youre not going to get!

The hotel was located inside a castle, generally clean and tidy. The room was good enough for two people, though not very spacious. One thing which sounded odd to me was that there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff said the weather was not too hot, so the air conditioning system was shut down. We had to open the window for ventilation and occasionally it was a bit noisy. Overall, an above average hotel with good service.
