Very much cared by staff for everything.

立地条件、静かさ、設備などは素晴らしいものでした。 ただ、残念でしたのは帰りの空港までの車手配の件で、チェックインの際に既にコンシェルジュに伝えていたにもかかわらず、当日記録が残っておらず（担当者当日休暇)、車の手配が希望時間に不可能と柔軟な対応をしていただけませんでした。 24時間いつでも送迎可能と案内されていたにもかかわらず、空港に3時間も早く到着することになり私たちにとってはホテルのミスにもか変わらず時間のロスで最後にとても不愉快な気持ちになりました。 このクラスのホテルに何度も宿泊をしましたが、コンシェルジュがこのようなミスをされるのは初めてです。

家族3人(3歳児含む)で2泊しました。ゴアの空港からは無料のシャトルバスで1時間程度かかります。ロケーション的にはかなり田舎にありますが、その分広大な敷地の中に宿泊棟が点在しているようなバリのリゾート風といった感じです。部屋はまずまず綺麗で、窓からは部屋のすぐそばまで迫っている池が見渡せ、蓮の花が咲いていたり、鳥が羽を休めているなど癒される環境です。今回は一回もホテルの外に出ませんでしたが、プールが大人用、子供用と２つあり、またプライベートビーチまで徒歩5分ほどと、ホテル内でも十分楽しめる環境です。妻はアーユルベーダのマッサージも受け、かなり満足できたようです。レストランはメインのレストラン(ビュッフェスタイル)が一つとリバーサイドのイタリアンレストランがありますが、味はそこそこ、値段は立派といった感じです。全体的にはサービスもよく値段相応という感じがしますが、レストランや施設内のアミューズメントはもう少し充実していても良いかなと思います。

良いホテルですが、超高級というわけではありません。 ３食つきプランは、朝昼夜ともすべてインド料理のビュッフェです。 また、ホテルへの無料送迎もありましたが、大きなバスでの移動で、人数がある程度そろうまで出発しませんので、念のため。

Private beach. Nice property. Good R&R. Multiple restaurant options

The resort was so well maintained, safe and beautiful. The staff were very patient, helpful and polite, and did look after us, especially our 8 month old daughter Leela , very well. Airport shuttle was easy to find, and very comfortable. Bar was excellent. Miri and its staff were brilliant, especially Abhishek, Gaurav, Sumit, Yash, Chef Asif, Rebek, Akhum, Miriam. thank you to Shahbaz and Gajanan, and special mention to the room attendants, Sunil and the team. Thank you.

Staff were attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was good, but dinner was mediocre at best and was relational to frozen food. The buffet offer at Miri was not the same luxury feel on offer and lets it down. Oliveto was better. Feel the resort is too Americanised and has lost authenticity.

Very Nice Property.. Lots of Greenarea.. Beach was super clean we really enjoyed it.. Breakfast was very lavish and nice spread.. Staff at all places were super nice.. special thanks for bar tender at Drawing Room Cafe.. Sorry forgot his name really enjoyed all cocktails

Gorgeous facilities in a wonderful location. The gardens are immaculate, staff attentive and the dining options great. We had a relaxing stay for 8 days, allowing plenty of time to enjoy our time in this peaceful hotel.

The staff nake it a pleasent place to stay so helpful! And happy! I would stay again purely for the staff!

Ein atemberaubendes Haus mit exzellentem Service. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und blieben dort für 1 Woche .Die Zimmer waren elegant und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unsere eigene Butlerin Atila war toll und hat uns bei allen Fragen immer gleich geholfen. Die täglichen Überraschungen wie Blumen, Snacks und Wein auf dem Zimmer haben uns sehr beeindruckt und den Aufenthalt vor allem bei 3 tägigem Monsunregen etwas verschönert. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Buffet am Abend hatte eine riesen Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist zusätzlich auf individuelle Essenswünsche eingegangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Tochter hat von dem Küchenchef alles Essen erklärt bekommen und auf evtl Schärfe wurde hingewiesen. Das Personal macht einen unglaublichen Job und wir hatten noch nie so einen Service erlebt. Der Strand war unglaublich schön und hat so eine Ruhe ausgestrahlt. Auch wenn wir durch die Monsunzeit nicht baden durften haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen und haben uns dann im Pool wieder abgekühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, den in diesem Meer wollen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal baden

We spent an idyllic 3 day stay at the hotel on a half board basis. The food was very good and varied. The service from all staff was fantastic. We are planning to go next year again!!

Not flexible, not kind

The resort is beautiful and the staff go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. Special praise to chefs and kitchen staff who ensured our meal requirements were met. Impressed by ground staff who keep the resort looking immaculate for guests.
