Ocean Star Inn is away from the highway and exceptionally quiet. We only heard a couple doors close in the hallway, but no other sounds. We also appreciated the secure wi-fi. The breakfast was good, especially the egg bites, mandarin orange segments, and almond pastry. The only disadvantage was the small size of the breakfast area. I happened to arrive when all the tables were occupied, and it was difficult to maneuver in the serving area. I wasn't able to easily peruse all the options and just grabbed a few items to take back to the room. There isn't an on-site restaurant, but there is a very good Chinese restaurant close by that was recommended by the staff.

Had an issue with TV not working and they quickly moved us to a different room. The continental breakfast was pretty good. This property appears to have been updated. My only complaint would be the sink - it’s one of those vessel sinks which I dislike but overall a good choice for our stay.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was a bit dated but shower was good. Breakfast was the usual fare and fine. My only negative would be that the room where they serve it is rather cramped so we ate in our room. Staff was very helpful when our room key did not work Also very helpful with dryer when I had a problem with it.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in a clean and well kept hotel. The price was extremely affordable and well worth every penny!

Breakfast was not typical. Had local pastries, whole grain bread options. Good OJ, top grade yogurt. Make your own pancakes and waffles along with cereals, fresh fruit and choices of milk. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Close to Olympic park Hurrican ridge and Port Angeles. Comfortable beds, big room, good continental breakfast, fast check in. Quiet area in the night. Not great phonic insulation between rooms( you can hear the water, fan and AC if used in any adjacent room); but most of us travel to Olympic park and we all get up early. Overall a good stay.

The stay is good and the staffs are friendly. The only downside is the supply of the water dispenser station is very restricted that you can only drink it with the provided cup. If you need more, they sell bottled waters with one dollars per bottle.

Desk clerk was extremely helpful

It as dark so couldn’t see a lot, but easy to get where we needed to go. Friendly welcoming front desk and easy check in. Quiet rooms!
