スタッフがフロントにいなかった。

対応が丁寧であった。 天井にライトがなく、部屋が暗かった。

空港まで徒歩5分という抜群のロケーションで、早朝フライトでも安心でした。

朝が早いフライトなど空港関連の宿泊には便利ですが、正直周りには何もなく、マクドナルドか、近隣のヒルトン、マリオットなどで夕食を食べるか、テイクアウトするしかありません。ダウンタウンへの24番、ローカルバスの停留所が目の前ですが、40,45分くらいかかります。部屋は広く清潔。大きなバスタブ付で、大変満足。ささやかながら朝食もあり、４時から食べれ、シャトルも早朝でも運行してくれるので（30分に１度くらい）大変便利でした。

次の日の早朝に、バッファロー空港を利用するためにここのホテルに泊まりました。 空港からはとても近く、電話をすれば迎えに来てくれるとのことでしたが、見えていたので私は歩きました。 ホテルの周辺は何も無かったのですが、目の前にマクドナルドがあったので、夕飯はそこで食べました。 部屋はとても広くバス・トイレ付きで綺麗に清掃してあり、寝るだけには勿体ないくらいでした。朝は、5時頃にはパンやコーヒーなどの軽食が用意してあり助かりました。空港までは、チェックアウトの時にお願いすれば送って貰えます。

It took more than five min. to get to my room from the entrance.

The stay was fine except there were very early check ins 100am and the noise of their suitcases on the hallway floors was loud.

People around the side entrance, smoking left cigarette butts all over the ground.

The most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in, hookers were fighting in the lobby when we were checking in. Should have picked somewhere else.

McDonald’s was close

They were accommodating for shuttle to and from airport but the room was overpriced! $135 too much for that place

Absolutely terrible experience. Told the front counter that our room was dirty and his response was “oh, well we don’t have anyone to clean it until tomorrow” (we were checking out in the morning). He never offered to change rooms for us either. When I asked if we could get a refund for the reservation so we could go to a new hotel, I was told that there was nothing he could do for us. I would rate this a 0 out of 5 if I could. I will be seeking a refund through their corporate office for this absolutely terrible experience

2 out of 3 Rooms that we had booked weren’t ready until a couple hours after check in, TV and hairdryer didn’t work. Tub tile/surround were broken and moldy

The staff is friendly and polite, the hotel needs an updated ASAP the smell is horrendous, I had 2 hrs sleep because of it

checked in and did not stay as the accommodations were not up to expectations.

Very bad condition of ac or tv tables. Allocated a room where already there is person sleeping on the bed. There is no breakfast even it says breakfast available. This is not at all family friendly.
